I hate this service. I was meant to receive a pack...

I hate this service. I was meant to receive a package on Thursday so I asked my company to work from home but the driver didn t come. I got told that I could be redelivered on Tuesday so I asked my company again to work from home that day. Guess what ? Driver never came and the delivery got declined at 5:30 without any reason.
I have choice than asking a delivery for a piano at my working place now ... and even more funny, a change of address even if this is next door will take up to 48hours so the delivery will (probably) happen on Monday.
Support is terrible.
What a bad experience for a simple delivery..
