Unprofessional and awkward. The company had an exit interview call with me in September. Firstly they missed the arranged call time and needed to rearrange it. Secondly, they asked me if I have got a new job, I said I don't want to tell you, then they said 'so you have a new job then'. Very awkward and made me feel uncomfortable. Thirdly, it's been more than one month since I left the company, but I still haven't received the P45 form.
After reading the company's reply to my comments above, I found the company is also dishonest. The person said the reason she missed the call appointment was 'Been trying to get some payrolls out today and turned my email off so didn t get the reminder', as stated in her email sent to me at 11:53 am on 24 September, clearly not what they said in below reply. Please don't make things up!
My previous company never told me who our payroll provider is. They just told me that I need to contact HR180 if I have any HR related issues.
