I got stuck in traffic and almost missed my plane and had to park in the day lot at LGA and rushed through security, getting back cuts from random people in line, then ran through the terminal like OJ Simpson in the 70s. I experienced some problems with a recent reservation, some of which I brought on myself by staying in the spot too long. I complained to the parking garage and to SpotHero and they did take care of the issue. They are a great service, especially if there is a special event and you want to ensured a spot somewhere. The best advise, make sure you understand the rules and how the parking actually works.
This company understands good customer care! I couldn't get into the garage I paid, for so had to find another much more expensive place. They responded quickly and fixed my problem. Nice to see this kind of responsive customer service!

After being ticketed using the Parking Panda services, I complained loudly about the lack of follow up regarding the ticketing agent, ImPark. Spot Hero customer service was prompt and thorough. We needed to stay on this for a few months but the mis-ticketing was finally rectified. ImPark is a nasty group to deal with, very unreliable and just looking to screw anyone. Somehow SpotHero was able to get through to them and keep their promise . Very satisfied, keep up the good work SpotHero!! I'll be using Parking Panda in the future. Thank you Andy!!
This is my favorite parking spot locator app. Recently while making a reservation their information page let me know that I could contact the garage at a number they provided to see if I might be eligible for a lower rate if I spent just $10-20 at a local participating business. When I called the garage it turned out the business I was going to anyway was participating so of course I wanted to cancel the reservation which Spot Hero indicated in their app I could do so long as I hadn't yet entered the garage which I didn't. When I called I waited a bit in the customer que but once I got through the refund process was quick, easy, professional, and courteous. Now that's Great Customer Service! Guess which parking app is now the default on my phone?
Garage wouldn't accept a Tesla--customer service not only cancelled the charge, but called and found a better garage around the corner that was less expensive and had no fear of Teslas! I am a fan for life!

I inquired about an extra $5 charge that I wasn't expecting that was likely the result of me not paying strict attention to the terms of the reservation. I got a quick personal response and they refunded me the money. I'm going to love these guys.
Spothero is a terrific way to get cheaper parking in cities. It is so convenient and what is even better is refund policy. Their customer service is top notch and it is so easy to receive a refund if something goes wrong with the parking spot (QR code won't scan, manager decides not to take the reservation, etc.) or if you simply don't need the spot anymore.
These Guys were Customer Friendly till last year. But Since Last year they have become Money Friendly. They Promise you to give credit once you refer your Friends and they use these Guys. But now they don t send that Credit, Even if your Friend has used them after your Referral, you get nothing. And they don t even believe that your Friend used them for Parking. Even if you send evidence they don t believe it. Use Other Companies instead of these Greedy Guys.
Wonderful customer service! I recently reserved a spot in Manhattan to attend a show with my husband. When we arrived to the destination the lot was unexpectedly full, we wound up parking at another lot up the block that was not affiliated with spothero. I contacted customer service and spoke with Andy, he listened to my issue, apologized for the inconvenience, and provided me with a refund. As an extra bonus, he credited my account with the difference from the new lot. AMAZING. Will definitely do business again in the future with this company. Additional comments - it was very easy to navigate their site and there were different options to choose when looking for the best spot to fit your needs.
I made a reservation at a lot in Manhattan but parked in the wrong one. Oh well, I had to pay the new lot. I called Spothero just on the chance that they could do something and indeed they did. I was refunded the reservation on the first lot. This was totally my fault but that was not an issue. Amazing!! Thanks sooooo much.
I must confess to being apprehensive, booking a parking spot about 600 miles away. But my concerns were allayed for two reasons: 1) the prompt and courteous reply when I asked to modify the original reservation...and an immediate credit to my account; 2) the seamless, hassle-free entry into the parking location and space availability. Overall the $$$ savings (vs. hotel valet parking) and proximity to my destination added up to an AAA+++ rating for SpotHero. Will certainly use SpotHero again.
I had a carload of kids heading to a show and it was snowing and i found street parking right in front of the theater and immediately called to cancel - I was a few minutes past the cancellation time but the CSR took my request and gave me the credit. Really appreciated that.

Have had great luck using SpotHero to get discount parking. We recently had an issue with a garage being under construction, but SpotHero support made it right quickly! They even offered a phone number to call if that happens again.
Always a great experience with SpotHero . Had a small issue with adding an hour to my park time but a call to SpotHero-- a human answered and solved the issue.
The scanner did not work when I arrived. There were several cars behind me. In order to move things along I used my credit card to enter. This system would charge my card when exiting the garage. I phoned SpotHero later that day to insure that there would not be a problem when I left the parking garage. Agent was professional & provided with the garage telephone number. No answer at the garage. A few hrs. later I'm at the exit scanner it works. Tells me that it is unable to process my request because it does not have information on my entry. After speaking with someone at the building via their call center it was clear that they had no interest in resolving my issue. I'm leaving out a lot. I phoned Spot Hero again because my earlier interaction left me feeling like I was talking to a trained thinking human being. This is not what I am accustom to in consumer service. I got Kiya. We discussed options and while I had her on the phone I called the garage again. With her help the my scan code was accepted & the exit arm was raised. It is important that people who go that extra mile to problem solve and help a company's brand get the proper recognition. I had a neutral feeling about Spot Hero before this incident. It is now very positive. I don't expect things to go perfect all the time. I do get the impression that they are doing something right with their talent. Thank you KiYa!
My Co worker recommended this App because I had an appointment Downtown Chicago let me tell how convenient and easy this was comparing to me taking a Uber. I also reserved the parking spot online and it was only $16 all you have to do is drive inside and they park your car for you and you go about your business. No hassle what so ever. I will definitely continue to use in the future.
SpotHero is truly a hero in their own right. I recently used their app to park closer to work when the temperature was below 0. Unfortunately for me, a week prior to that day I had changed the license plates on my car, but failed to update them in the app. After a long day of work, I came out to notice my car was missing. It had been towed! I immediately called the towing company who suggested I call SpotHero to see what they could do to help out because the towing fee was $200. Once on the phone with SpotHero, I spoke to Gabi who not only demonstrated great remorse, but also offered to talk to the tow company herself. After talking with them, Gabi called me back stating that unfortunately the tow was valid because the towing company goes off of the plates that are inputted in the system and since I did not update them in the app they didn t match and it was thus towed despite having paid for the parking spot. She apologized for the inconvenience and requested I send over my invoice for the tow via email once I got my car out of the lot all while reassuring that there were no guarantees they d be able to issue me a refund or provide any financial support for the tow. At that point, just the fact that she even offered to have me send her the receipt was enough for me to appreciate SpotHero. I emailed Gabi my invoice which she then forwarded to her supervisor. Her supervisor, Renisha, contacted me within 24 hours stating that Spothero will be able to help out with a portion of the tow fee AND refunded my SpotHero charge for the day of the tow!!! All in all, this experience with their costumer service, while the tow was inconvenient and frustrating, was beyond anything I could have expected from a company. They truly listened to my ordeal and offered a solution that worked for everyone. I have been a loyal costumer of Spothero and this just solidifies my loyalty to them. I will definitely continue to use Spothero. Thanks!
I use SpotHero frequently and am always happy with their service. On the few occasions when I have had a problem, it was resolved quickly when I called customer service. I would definitely recommend SpotHero.
Although my experience in San Francisco was an unsuccessful parking experience, it was to no fault by SpotHero. We reserved parking in downtown SF and when we arrived the location was shut down and seemed abandoned. I called SpotHero and got excellent customer service. We happen to locate another parking facility and got a spot. SpotHero refunded our charge and I was very happy with their customer care. Definitely happy with the APP and company.

I reserved a spot and when I got there, the lot was full! They have no way of making sure parking spot is physically available. If I have a spot reserved for a specific time slot, there should be spot. No, I don't want to be relocated to a spot 15 minutes away! There's a reason why I reserved and prepaid for a specific parking lot.
I love the parking panda app., so easy to use, really convenience, game me tons of options, I ended up parking much closer to where I needed to be than I expected, paid less money and way less fuss.

I got way more service from a help line than I expected. Josh was knowledgeable and made sure I had all the information I needed to successfully park my SUV in an unfamiliar garage that provided mixed signals about size limitations. Very happy with service! And my Pilot was fine.
I have been using Spot Hero for about 2 years now, in two big cities. I love the fact that you can do it all online, and make a reservation. No more driving around and around looking for a lot that is not full. Today, while making a reservation, I made a mistake. I called customer service and the representative corrected the mistake and booked the reservation for me. She was so helpful and more than pleasant. I highly recommend Spot Hero. I will not go to a big city without it.
If you are looking for parking, look elsewhere. True story: SpotHero sold me a monthly spot (~$200), in a facility I couldn t find, run by a company that apparently doesn t exist. I called SpotHero multiple times. They always told me they would call me back. They never did. I asked for a refund, they said they would have to, you guessed it, call me back. I tried to work with them, but now the matter of payment made for services not rendered is between Visa and SpotHero. Can t caution against using this app/service enough.
Beyond frustrated with this company. The valet place I parked my car for monthly parking went bankrupt, packed everything up and left and I received no notice. They left my car wherever they parked at a location unknown to me since it was a valet stand. I had to track down my car because SpotHero had no idea any of this happened and had no clue how to locate my car. Since it was a valet stand, they had my key as well. It s been over a month of me calling multiple times a week trying to track my key down. I finally was able to get the name and phone number of the person who had my key but he won t answer his phone or call me back. Customer service is sorry this happened but have been unable to actually solve any of my issues. I have tried to get in touch with a supervisor or someone else above the customer service representatives but no luck. I was told other people were parked at the same location meaning there are others who are going through these same issues yet no one in the company has any idea what is going on. Absolutely ridiculous.
best experience with customer service for an app ever....i paid the garage for my spot after paying thru the app.....after informing customer service (which was super easy to access, and it took no time at all to get a person on the support side to respond, no robots!) they looked into the matter and refunded my SpotHero purchase sending me an additional $5 credit for a future purchase.......my only regret is that the parking garage gets my money and SpotHero doesn't....however, I would definitely recommend it and look forward to using SpotHero for future parking reservations....on a more general front, it is the only app i think of for finding cost effective parking in cities......<3
SpotHero is amazing! I once had checked prices to park down in the loop to see a show and found the closest parking garage for only $16. Unfortunately, a friend was driving and I foolishly assumed that he would know about SpotHero. Since he had driven, I offered to cover the parking when we headed back to his car. Oops, ended up paying $50 for what could have been secured through SpotHero for so much less. Lesson learned. LOL Also, clearly have parking in the loop issues, I had used SpotHero to secured parking, for the Hyatt Centeic The Loop, when I arrived downtown, with the normal weekday loop congestion, there were two vehicles right in front of the hotel. I pulled in behind them and when I stepped out of my car was greeted by a gentleman that asked if I wanted valet. I said yes and mentioned SpotHero. He noted that he wasn't sure where the actual valet had gotten off to but gave me the numbered section from the bottom of the tag and assured me that they would take care of it. I was content thinking that it would easily be resolved when I returned to pick it up after my appointment. Unfortunately when I returned I discovered that, heck if there wasn't a different hotel squeezed in there right beside the Hyatt (never even occurred to me that two would fit in the small space with additional buildings in one block in the loop) but if it turned out that I had left my car with the valet service from the other hotel, not the Hyatt where I had prepaid to reserve a spot. Oops! On the up side they were actually a bit cheaper than the SpotHero rate for the Hyatt AND my car had waited for me right were I had left it, so didn't have to wait for retrieval! I just paid cash and headed off. Should also note that I contacted SpotHero about it and impressively they refunded me in full. So without a doubt SpotHero is a MUST HAVE & thier Customer Service is darn impressive!
Every agent I have spoken to for the last 2 years has been extremely helpful and patient. I am 78 years old and not so proficient on the Internet. The agents help me to find a spot and reserve it for me. They respond back promptly when I'm in trouble finding the garage [the bldg numbers aren't always visible] and if, I make a mistake, they reimburse me. Whoever hires the agents should be commended. It's so rare these days to speak to someone on the phone who "holds your hand" as you try to keep up with the ever-changing pace of the electronic world. Thank you so much SpotHero for the service you give to the elderly.
SpotHero is the best service out there for parking. I couldn't believe how easy it was, I downloaded the app and it pretty much took care of itself. I park downtown all the time, so having this app saves me an incredible amount of money and it makes me feel like a VIP, my spot is reserved before I even get there. The customer service is incredible as well! Keep it up SpotHero!
There were several parking areas $5.00 cheaper, but none right at the crossing to Amalie Arena. I was with my wife and we felt safe and secure. We were greeted by two men when we arrived and when we left in the darkness there were two employees attending the parking. I will gladly spend the extra $5.00 for the safety and convenience!
A real person answered the phone (no stupid robot or options to dial), they were very pleasant, and gave me the requested credit on my account (due to booking issues on the app). A+
I've mostly had an easy time using SpotHero, but the one time I didn't--I couldn't find the garage I needed--it wasn't where it said it was on GPS--I simply called SpotHero the next day, and Samantha told me that in the future I could call them for exact directions via phone. She also offered to refund me since I ended up parking in another garage, and the process was super simple.

Super convenient app with great prices! Today I booked a spot with the wrong CC and for some reason couldn't cancel in the app. I called and an actual human answered very quickly! They were able to cancel the spot and I rebooked with the correct card. I've tried other options for parking apps, but SpotHero is the best!

I called because of a newer lower price to see if a space I was about to use could be changed to the lower rate from the same garage for another day at the same time. The "Hero" who helped couldn't have been nicer, said she'd see if it could be changed, and then, rather than have me cancel the old one and rebook a new one, she took care of the whole thing with an even greater discount. And she did all very quickly, and was completely customer focused. What a delight! Yes, a true Hero!!

Spothero is an amazing service! Makes it so easy to find the garages and their addresses instead of wandering around the area trying to find a spot! This app is so easy to use and if there is a problem you can contact spothero instantly. I had an issue with my phone and I couldn't pull up my pass one night at the garage I was in. I ended up paying twice but Spothero was able to give me credit when I sent in my reciept. However, Recently they have updated the app. I have a small crossover and I don t get charged the extra large fee. Now they have made it automatic to add the extra fee for my car. Not my favorite but otherwise still great customer service.
I had to cancel a reservation for parking near DFW Airport. I had made a mistaken entry and didn't catch it til the reservation was final. Their phone rep made it right for me almost immediately. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. Will be my go to for parking in the future!
Really easy to book online. A parking slot was reserved and I only had to call operator at the parking machine to get the gate open and let me out. Reasonable price too.
Used SpotHero a few times and love seeing how much I save. (One never knows until you're at the garage; each time it was at least 10 bucks.) Then last week I reserved a spot for work in downtown NYC. First I pulled into an unmarked garage hoping it was 30 Park Place thinking it looked like the picture shown on the app but alas it was not 30 (it was 54 Park Place). Took almost half hour to leave because every time I started up the one-way ramp, a car had entered the garage.
Finally get the hell out and go L on Park Place and needed to cross over Church Street to get to 30 Park Place but the street was closed off due to construction. I knew SpotHero would refund the $24.
I used Waze to find the closest garage to my work location. Cost $51!! At the end of the day I called SpotHero to start the refund process. Justin was sooooo nice. After emailing my receipt for $51 not only did they refund the $24 but they matched the price of where I ended up and gave me a SpotHero credit of $27!! That is UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So I ended up spending a grand total of 24 bucks to park that day even though the street closure prevented me from getting to my reserved garage. I will sing the praises of SpotHero every chance I get!!
I have used SpotHero multiple times, each with great success which has included needing to find an alternate location. Unlike many customer service issues with technology based app services, you actually reach someone in support so promptly and they are so able to assist, it restores my faith a bit!
It is important for me to share some more specifics about a SpotHero interaction that happened on 9/27/16. I returned from vacation to the parking lot at 51st and Pulaski (Chicago) only to find that my car had been removed from the lot. I immediately called SpotHero and spoke with a representative. Immediately SpotHero went into action by starting to call the tow companies and the 311 service in Chicago. It quickly became apparent that the car had been stolen, not towed. Taylor (Supervisor) became involved as part of the process. Her kindness, attention to detail, welcoming feedback (I recommended they reconsider a partnership with this location or consider a disclaimer as there is no gate, no security cameras, etc. and the police indicated that this area has a high vehicle theft issue), and going above and beyond to assist me in this quite stressful situation.
I cannot say enough positive things about Taylor and the other individuals that I am working with through this process. I readily give this company two thumbs up and send a virtual hug and handshake out to Taylor!

SpotHero is one of the top five apps I have on my smartphone. In fact, it seems to be the one app for which smartphones were invented. It has made driving into Chicago a more pleasurable experience, since we no longer drive round looking for a parking garage and hope we can find one that has available spaces. The parking fees are great, the knowledge that we have a reserved spot even better, but what is remarkable about the app is the wealth of information about the garage itself when reserved: directions, entrance instructions, and a picture to help you locate it. And if this wasn't enough, the customer service is outstanding. When I had a problem with a parking garage's bar code reader, I informed SpotHero and THEY took ownership of the problem, even though it wasn't their fault. SpotHero is truly a remarkable service and a great company, the app has never failed, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

SpotHero is dddddope. Every lot/garage is different, I was initially skeptical that an app would be able to navigate such a diverse world with ease. I have yet to encounter a problem with parking. I recently had a commuter benefits card issue -- I called, and the person on the other end managed to get the card entered and tested it out, totally fixed the problem.
I have successfully used Spot Hero many times in the past with the peace of mind that I will have a parking spot in the major cities that I park in. 100% successful each time. This was the 1st time that I paid in advance & there was actually free Sat & Sunday parking in front of my Wash DC Hotel. On Monday, I gave SpotHero a call just to see what their policy was & they refunded my money since I did not use my parking pass! Unbelievable! What a great company! I will likely be a lifelong customer because of this great service! Next time, I will do my best to let them know that I no longer need the parking space so they can free up that space for others.
