Love the App so far. Booked spots in NYC quickly and easily.
Had a customer service info question and got them by PHONE (!) quickly.

This is a review update now that I have been using spothero for quite a while.

It just saves so much time and stress when parking in a place like New York City.

I inquired about an extra $5 charge that I wasn't expecting that was likely the result of me not paying strict attention to the terms of the reservation. I got a quick personal response and they refunded me the money. I'm going to love these guys.
