I experienced some problems with a recent reservation, some of which I brought on myself by staying in the spot too long. I complained to the parking garage and to SpotHero and they did take care of the issue. They are a great service, especially if there is a special event and you want to ensured a spot somewhere. The best advise, make sure you understand the rules and how the parking actually works.
