Monika of SpotHero proved to be a great advertisement for her company. I was refused parking by one of their parking suppliers and left with no but to utilize the expensive terminal parking at JFK. On my return from my trip I called SpotHero, spoke with Monika and explained my predicament. She immediately initiated a refund. Customer service at its best.
