First area they sent me to was full, second spot they sent me to got my car towed while I was at a baseball game. Complete joke, will never use it again.

I paid for parking but the area in which I paid for no one was there for me to park. I had called the customer service was the best. Very quick to respond to what had happen, very professional, it was an wonderful experience for my first time using the program. Very quick to refund my money. I am recommending Spot Hero to my friends and family.

Excellent! Never had a bad experience with Spot Hero. When things went amiss--due to my error, yet--they fixed it--apology, refund, and help offered live on the phone should i end up in a similar situation. I can't give Spot Hero higher praise!

Great APP and competitive rates, however, not so great in terms of going out of their way to accommodate a customer who lost a (flight) connection and needed to extend the return time by 8 hours. I was literately told to "deal on my own directly with the (hotel) valet parking". Luckily, the hotel (Hilton) was kind enough to offer me a voucher for 12 additional hours at no charge (as opposed to the $25.00 daily regular rate). Thank you HILTON !!

When we arrived in Boston, and went to park in the spot we had pre-paid for, the incredibly rude lot attendant told us the lot was full. When my husband explained that we had prepaid, he said he didn't care and that we needed to get a refund through the app. I called SpotHero and the rep had us secured in another spot within seconds, at no additional charge, and even refunded what I paid for the first spot. SpotHero is the only way I'll park when traveling from now on. Thank you for helping us in a time of panic. :)

SpotHero earns an easy 5 stars despite an initial frustration I had with GPS not locating the address correctly. Spot Hero customer service is on a par with Nordstrom! The representative was 1) quick to respond 2) initiated follow-up when I took more than a day to respond and 3) made the situation right even after I had said I completely understood the limitations of what he could do for me! Outstanding! Look forward to using this company in the future.

I've used SpotHero a few times and always been pleased with the ease of finding parking in Manhattan at affordable rates. Today, I had to cancel my reservation because of car troubles. When I called, the operator was very understanding and issued a full refund for my spot. Thank you for making that so easy!! I will definitely be using SpotHero in the future and recommend them to anyone who is looking to pre-book parking.

Super great experience using SpotHero! I needed to reserve a parking spot today, but accidentally went through and reserved in the wrong lot. Unfortunately, my reservation time had already started, so I was unable to cancel on my own. I called SpotHero customer service, and after a relatively short wait (maybe around two or three minutes?) a lovely rep answered the phone and had that reservation cancelled and refunded within literally a minute. She was kind and explained the process, and had a very welcoming personality. Would recommend contacting customer service if any problems arise.

Simple and it works! Saves $$ and convenient. And when an emergency came up for me and I couldn't use my spot they refunded my $$. Good customer service.

Falsely charged my bank account even though I have never been there and live in SoCal

When I made the reservation, I wasn't sure if a $3 parking spot was for real, right across from the theater. Well, just as the directions said, with pictures, we found our well marked spot. We'll definitely use this again.

The Spot Hero website was easy to use and offered a spot exactly where I wanted to park at a great rate. Even better, they extended the hours. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and had to call customer support for help. They were so nice about it and quickly offered a solution to the problem I had created. Highly recommend.

The BEST customer service! The event we were attending was canceled but I didn't find out until the very last minute. I called to try to cancel our reservation just as it was starting, and the rep immediately put through a refund. Plus she was so kind and friendly about it! I already use SpotHero pretty regularly and have never had a problem, this just seals the deal for me!

Spot hero owes me money for having my car towed for advertising inadequate parking spots. People please be careful you may get your car towed. They have been investigating for over a week.

Absolutely awful. Put in all of the information on my spot including my license plate and my car was towed when I was two hours away from home. This app doesn t save your license plate number and glitches all the time but then they blame it on you not following directions. Every supervisor is trying to tell us it s our fault for getting towed. Spot hero is not helping fix the situation and told me oh so sorry about your $250 bill, but we aren t paying anything, have an awesome day. No one will connect us with any other supervisors to talk to and no one is listening to the situation just telling us we are wrong. I was told that they didn t get paid for the tow so they will not be refunding me. We will be investigating our legal options because the towing company said it happens a lot and that the spot hero app is not reliable to use. Don t use this app.

Booked a spot but arrived 4 minutes earlier than the time booked so was charged at the full prevailing rate minus the SpotHero coupon. Upset I contacted SpotHero customer service and was promptly provided the best customer service ever! cordial, understanding, supportive, professional...always trying to solve the problem and help the customer and never placing blame. This is a great service. When I make a visit to Baltimore or Washington DC I use Spothero to reserve a spot near my destination. Being a senior citizen I really appreciate having a close by parking spot.

police activity blocked the access to the spot we had purchased.. Spot hero gave me a credit and offered to reimburse the extra amount we had to pay to park at a neighboring lot...great service and pleasant also!

Parked my car at a location and paid for it in full. Turns out there was just improper signage and I was at the wrong lot. My car has now been towed and I have been on hold with customer service over an hour. You would think I would at least get some type of notification I parked in the wrong location or that my vehicle was towed. Very disappointed

Good service. I use the app to make the reservation and also called the service for an adjustment. Everything went smooth.

I started using SpotHero in Chicago in the summertime. After using it a few times, it's now my go-to way to visit the city. I can always find a spot in/near the loop for less than a round trip (weekday) Metra ticket. If you're on their email list, they sometimes send 10-15% codes, as well.

I decided to write this review because I recently reserved a spot but when I arrived there was a city construction crew working on a gas line. After finding out I couldn't park there, I called the SpotHero customer support line and they quickly helped find another (better) spot and took care of it all behind the scenes while I was driving. I didn't have to do anything and the upgrade was at no cost to me. The app is easy to use and I'm glad to support a local Chicago company.

I had a reservation booked yesterday that had, unfortunately, been refused due to the owner closing his garage for the day due to high traffic. Sent my situation to spot hero that got back to me within a day and had refunded me my original purchase and credited my account not even 5 minutes after responding. Great customer service, easy app to use. Certainly recommend to anyone looking to get a parking spot reserved.

Never used this parking panda before and did not realize that I could cancel before the event. I chose not to use it because my passengers were elderly and unable to walk far. Parking Panda offered a refund. Great customer service.

First time using SpotHero and will definitely will use again. I was able to find reasonable and convenient parking in an area I am not familiar with. I was running a little late, but my spot was still waiting for me.

Spot Hero offers an impressive selection of parking spots at reasonable prices (cheaper than I had imagined for a big city such as Chicago), and excellent customer service. The parking spot we got was right near Lyric Opera and only cost us $13. The price at the entrance showed $40, so the savings was significant. A great experience.

Amazing customer service! Had an issue with the parking garage, and wound up paying out of pocket so I could exit. Afterwards, I called Spothero, explained what happened, and they immediately refunded the difference paid out of pocket. I use them every month, and could not be happier. I wish more companies still valued customer service like these guys

I couldn't find the garage I reserved through SpotHero in NYC. I used another one instead. When I called SpotHero to ask for a refund, they did so immediately. I will use them always in the future because of the way they treated me. You win customers one at a time. Their courteous and understanding method of customer relationship management has won them my business for all future parking needs.

When ever I book through SpotHero I save money no doubt but also their customer service is amazing!

Used SpotHero in Boston for Stanley Cup Finals, 181 N Washington Street lot attendant was rude and told me even though I paid for a spot, that the lot was full and told to go park over 1 mile from where I had paid to park. VPNE Parking should be ashamed of themselves.

SpotHero is the only parking app I use. I have tried others, but SpotHero provides the best customer service. The SpotHero staff is professional and nice.

This app is HORRIBLE. It fails to save a license plate number and I just watched my car get towed after paying for the spot. Customer service will not help with towing or getting me to the car. I would NEVER recommend using this app. They need a better app and better customer service. They could take responsibility for their services actions.

Let me tell you, this app is not only user-friendly but also provides excellent and prompt customer service!!! I have used a couple other parking app prior to discovering this app 2 years ago, but by far, this app beats out every app I have used. I would give 7 stars if I could!! Go Parking Hero! First time user. Web and Apple store app very easy to use, only had one issue at payment, searching and reserving technically went fine. When paying by Apple Pay on the Apple store app, it did not give me the green check mark as ok at payment time confirming it was paid, so did not think payment went through, tried again and same thing. Stopped and checked, and technically payment and reservation did go through twice, cancelled the duplicate with no refund problems. Seemed to be an issue with Apple Pay payment confirmation at payment time, only thing that I see need fixing. I called customer service to help fix my missed $7 referral credit from this blip, they verified, and gave me the credit on account, call went very smoothly. First spot reserved went well, 5 mins only at drop off and pick up. Very satisfied.

I've used Spot Hero at least once a week or so for the past year+. While t definitely saves you money the customer service is awful and they don't care about their customers in the slightest. They don't even try to help you when a rental situation doesn't work or THEIR system fails you. Would not recommend unless you're willing to get screwed over.

Have called customer service twice. Both times a quick response from a human that was extremely helpful. They followed up with an immediate email that helped solve the problem. A digital company that still cares!

Great service with extraordinary support. When my reserved space was unreachable due to construction in an alley, SpotHero support not only refunded, but also covered the different in cost of alternative parking that I found.

Paid 2xs more than plentiful , available parking, closer to venue and redemption directions unclear. Terrible CS service when tried to resolve issue. never again will I waste my money on this scam of a service!

I've used Spot Hero for about 5 years in at least a dozen major cities. I have NEVER had a bad experience, and any time my plans have changed the SH customer service team has been extremely easy to deal with and accommodating. You have to do your research on the lot and read and follow all of the rules. If you have an issue it is most likely due to choosing a poorly run, or tow-hungry lot. Do yourself a favor and pick a good lot and SH will help you save a ton of money over time.

I made my reservation for parking for a busy warm summer Friday night with some misgiving wondering whether the spot would be available especially in a busy Chicago neighborhood. Great news - it was waiting for me and I had no problems and the price was remarkable. In the future, I will certainly use SpotHero again. Thanks.

We used the app for the first time yesterday at a concert in the United Center. The parking lot was about a five minute walk away. We came early to reserve a spot and after the concert someone broke into our car! Stole our luggage, laptop and etc our of the trunk but didn t damage the vehicle. My vehicle has remote control and another vehicle beside me also was robbed. The cameras in the parking lot was turned. Over $500 worth of stolen goods. I personally believe it was an inside job that two vehicles of the same model aside one another out of a parking lot filled with 50 cars.

I won't head into DC at all anymore before using SpotHero for a parking spot. It is so easy to use and so convenient.

This was the first time using Panda/SpotHero and it won't be my last. It's pretty cool when you don't have to drive around and around for a parking space or parking garage. This app will allow me to explore more city spots...especially D.C. Thanks.

Although I had paid $7 for spot and the Garage was $6 for a spot. Spothero had excellent customer service in refunding me the price and amount to account. I would recommend this service to anyone needing parking somewhere.

I made the mistake of entering the wrong garage. At that point it was easier to stay where I was. I called Customer Service at Spot Hero and spoke with Jalen. Jalen was very helpful and empathic to my situation. Once I sent my receipt for the other garage, my refund was processed.

Jalen, Ashley and Rachel we super helpful. Next time I need to Park I will use them. I promise I'll get to the right garage. :-)

Poor. Getting to car from O'Hare took 90", same as my flight. Unclear instructions on parking pass and phone support with occasionally helpful, occasionally misleading and/or incorrect info.

Booked a NYC parking garage, but found that the one way street on which the garage was located was closed for street repairs - no way to get to the garage! Received a refund without any problem. Will definitely use SpotHero again.

Excellent! Valet parking operated by Diamond Parking at 162 E Superior St was exactly what I wanted. Even though Vic was super busy he took the time to talk to me, and when I picked up my car he even held the door for me. Quick and efficient.

I recently purchased a SpotHero voucher for $24 for parking from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the garage at 8:12 AM, I notice that they had "early bird parking" for $19. When I called SpotHero support, they told me that I should pay for parking on my own, send them a copy of the receipt, and they'd credit my account for the $24 I paid them. I did so, and the credit quickly appeared on my credit card. Perfect support! Thanks SpotHero.

I am extremely pleased with SpotHero customer service. Initially, the booking process was convenient and trouble free. We had the misfortune, however, of booking a spot whose vendor had reported to SpotHero an inaccurate distance from our venue. When I contacted SpotHero about the error, they cancelled the first booking and reserved a new location nearer to the venue at the same cost as the initial booking, even though the new spot was twice the price of the initial reservation. I can't say enough how pleased I am that they were willing to accommodate us and correct the error. Thank you SpotHero. Highly recommended!

I want to commend spothero for their excellent customer service! Had some unforseen issues with a parking reservation, called the customer service, lady that helped, found me a parking reservation at my hotel and made up for the difference. Extremely happy with this service!

Be careful!!!! After they recognize was a mistake they said that the only way to refund my money will be as a credit!!! It is only $15 but, the amazing think is that they are not able to refund ??? Despite the amount I think this is an abuse. I ll complain formally at Illinois Attorney General.

Best customer service EVER!!! I had booked a spot in a garage for the Patriots Parade and when we got into Boston the street was closed to get to the garage so we had to park elsewhere. I contacted Spot Hero and spoke with Joshua, he sent me an email for information to process a refund and it was done and handled with in hours. Next time I know to call them when I have a parking issue.....I will be using them when ever we need parking in ANY city.

They keep some corrupt parking vendors. When I called to report the extorting vendor in question, they didn't seem very interested in making in real changes, and gave a measly $5 account credit.

In the past, I have been a frequent customer of Spot Hero. I am moving a recently changed my license plate to Wisconsin and forgot to change the plate in the Spot Hero app. My car was towed by a private towing company, A1 Towing, while at the gym for less than an hour. I was fined $200 to retrieve my car. I will never ever use Spot Hero again. Incidents like this drastically affect the quality of life in Chicago and have caused an exodus of nearly 200,000 residents over the past decade.

550 West Huron is actually 550 West Jackson. When given the driving directions. Not familiar with the streets. It caused confusion and additional 60 minutes of driving around in traffic to finally figure it out. This to second time Spot Hero was a disaster.

Refer a friend and help her book the ride. She got $7 off on her ride and I received an email the same day that my referral was successful and I should be receiving the $7 off promo code within two days. After a week, didn't receive any promo code and I called customer service. The guy asked his manager who apparently told him that she is sending the email to me. I waited on the phone with him for 5 minutes and didn't receive any email. He was embarrassed and asked his manager again and then told me that she processed it but have no idea how long will it take for me to receive it. After a day passed, I called again and says I haven't received any email and after the 15-minute wait, the customer service says that my purchase was flagged because MAYBE I and my friend were using the same computer at that time and he cannot do anything. I asked him if I can speak to a supervisor and he says the supervisor won't talk to me because certainly he is ASHAMED and can't come up with another excuse.
They don't have any courtesy to let the customer know about this until they call them themselves. I don't understand if my referral was flagged why
1. I received the email the same day that my referral was successful.
2. Customer service says that they are sending the promo code email again
Just because my friend was using my computer they made the conclusion that it's flagged. She was using her own email address, her own credit card, and her own cell phone number. Whoever is the product owner of this product certainly didn't think of all the use case when designing the flagged system algorithm. Definitely not referring to any other friend

Excellent service. Saved our a lot of parking fee at Toronto downtown. We have used this service for two years.

I've been using spot hero for about 2 years now. They saved more over 75 per month on parking for a monthly spot right by Chicago's magnificent mile area. Now the same me about 50% on a daily spot. When the garages scanner want working, I let spot hero now when they reached out and asked. They let the garage know to fix it right away. It's obviously up to the garage to make the repair, but spot hero handled the matter quickly and exactly right. A real person responded to the matter, not just an automated email.

I will keep and recommending them.

It was so reassuring to know that we had a parking space so close to the arena, especially after seeing the crazy Toronto traffic and backups near the Scotiabank Arena. Spot Hero's customer service is amazing. We arrived at a surface parking lot with a reservation, but there were no spaces free. So we had to park at another lot. We were running late to an event, so we didn't have time to call Spot Hero's customer service until later. They were very gracious and immediately refunded the parking fee for the first place and also paid us the difference between the two parking lots. So the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I am very impressed!
