After being ticketed using the Parking Panda services, I complained loudly about the lack of follow up regarding the ticketing agent, ImPark.
Spot Hero customer service was prompt and thorough. We needed to stay on this for a few months but the mis-ticketing was finally rectified. ImPark is a nasty group to deal with, very unreliable and just looking to screw anyone. Somehow SpotHero was able to get through to them and keep their promise . Very satisfied, keep up the good work SpotHero!! I'll be using Parking Panda in the future. Thank you Andy!!
