Edit to add: the car overheated while on the freew...

Edit to add: the car overheated while on the freeway with a car full or kids trying to get home at night. I ve gotten low oil warnings twice and now a warning that the car gets too hot and check coolant levels. I contacted the dealership initially about the overheating and after a mechanic confirmed the other problems I noticed, I called again to notify them of additional problems.

I bought a car from Autonation in April and had problems with getting add-on services that I had no intention of getting. Those were resolved eventually but one refund for $4k is still pending. When I got the car, it was noted on a paper and the sales person mentioned that the brakes were brand new, other than that, I wasn't made aware of any other issues or fixes on the car.

The car has been burning through oil (or it's leaking somewhere) and we're replacing it too frequently. White smoke comes out of the exhaust from coolant leaking into the engine (head gasket or internal engine problems), going down hill the transmission shifts hard and jerks the car until you're on level ground, and the brakes that were "new" are actually worn down (I've only out 4k miles, not enough to wear out new brakes), and the secondary air injection is not working properly.
I've only had the car for close to 3 months and had I known all these issues would arise so soon, I would have opted for a different car or gone to a different dealership all together.

I've called the dealership several times. I was waiting for a call from the manager since they decided to call my husband even though I clearly asked them to call me and left my phone number. I didn't hear from anyone and called the following day. Eventually I received a call, not from a manager I believe, and his tone was very condescending and at one point told me to pay the deductible "like everyone in America and that mechanics will say anything to make money (the mechanic I had look at the car gained nothing from pointing out issues, he knew I only needed it looked at). The tone and his remarks made it very difficult to keep from getting frustrated. I asked several times for them to make it right and I wasn't getting anywhere.

I understand that buying a used/as-is car can have issues but they never disclosed any of the problems I'm having with that car. I assumed that when they advertise that they've done a full inspection, they've actually taken care of issues before they sell it.

I've been carpooling kids from my daughters dance class and driving my kids in this vehicle thinking it's safe and come to find out, there's several issues that are ready to make this car completely useless and unreliable.

Mariano is the BEST! After a TERRIBLE experience at another dealership, I called AutoNation and Mariano answered the phone. He was efficient, kind, understanding, and above all got the job DONE! The car I wanted was waiting in front when I arrived and the paperwork was already underway. It did take longer than expected for the signing (there was only ONE signing person staffed on the day after Christmas??!), but while we waited Mariano did his best to make us feel comfortable and gave us an honest estimate of the time. He even pulled both cars (my friend s and my new) into the bay so we could move my things without getting rained on. Rare to see customer service like that. Above and beyond!!!

Rafael helped me find my 2016 Honda Civic EX Sedan and it was a great experience. It was my first car buying experience and it was very laid back and made me feel comfortable! He was also very quick to get back to me as well through e-mail and phone calls if I had any questions. Doing the finance part of my purchase was also good, he was very friendly and fast with all of the signatures that were needed.

Had an appointment to drop the car off at 7am for a air bag inflator recall service. Supposed to be 3 hour job. Was expected a call around noon so I could schedule a shuttle pick up from work to pick up the car. No calls and decided to call the dealer to find out what s the hold up. As it turned out, they don t have the part available on hands. The next shipment won t come in till a week later. Took them the whole day to realized that they don t have the part to complete the recall service. I was not happy. Look like the left hand doesn t know what the right hand is doing. Their service used to be better then this.

This dealer repair cost is more expensive than most dealers in Seattle. One time took my car to check the break, Bill S told me that my car needs rear suspension replace because it leaks. So I took my for second snd and third opinions, there were no leaks at all.

My husband and I came in to buy a car one year ago and had terrible customer service. The person who took us on a test drive told us we woke him up from a nap and didn t say anything the whole time. We went to Everette and bought a car a week later purely due to bad customer service.
Today, we came in again to get it fixed (we booked an appointment earlier in the week for 9:15am) and waited over an hour before we were told that no one had looked at our car and it was still next up .
We understand that things happen, but we were treated with very rude customer service. The person helping us never apologized, but yelled at my husband that diagnostics take 2 hours, ignoring the real reason we were upset which is that no one had looked at our car and wouldn t for a while.
Please work on customer service. We re not used to rude customer service, so it s shocking to have had such a bad experience two out of two times. This is literally my first negative review on Google, but I had to share.

Showed up Thursday for my appointment only to learn it wasn't entered into the system on Monday am when I called and made the reservation. Bill didn't blink, just entered me into the system for my 10:45 am appointment and got my car serviced on time! He was friendly and professional. Came out to a serviced and washed car!

Auto Nation bills themselves as a "no haggle" dealership, but apparently this is not the case if you are selling a vehicle to them without the intent of purchasing another vehicle. Their online "certified offer" was worth about the value of the virtual paperwork it was printed on. And there is no way a "simple" sale transaction should take 2 hours. Look to Carvana, Vroom, or Carmax if you're hoping to sell your vehicle hassle-free.

I was "kicking" tires - not really sure what replacement for my 97 Accord (281110 miles!) I was seeking. I am a devoted Honda owner and really was not interested in any other make. My experience at AutoNation was very, very professional - from the sales person who greeted me to the manager and especially Ben in finance. There was no pressure - but I indicated that I was probably going to buy another Honda. I purchased a 2014 Civic - 14K miles. AutoNation has a HUGE showroom - with new and used vehicles on the showroom floor!. Amazing. The service at parts department (I purchased after market weatherproof floor mats) was the same courteous and professional exchange. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Honda Renton! I am awaiting a call from service for some extra service contracted - I'm sure that will handled in the same professional manner.
I am a very satisfied customer!

I had a great experience at AutoNation Honda in Renton. I was in and out within a few hours. No nonsense, got the deal I was looking for straight away without having to go back and forth. I want to thank Rafael for his help with getting my Civic Hatchback and doing his best with getting me a good deal. Also want to thank Paolo for getting me through all the paperwork in a timely manner.

I highly recommend this place, very good people.

Autonation Honda was my first stop after moving to...

Autonation Honda was my first stop after moving to Washington the day before. I was in the market for a car for the first time, and I arrived knowing little about cars or what my options were. I visited several different dealerships in the area to get a feel for what models would be a good fit for me and what it would cost.

Throughout my search, one salesperson and one dealership stood out as the clear winner. Matt Seguin at Autonation was more knowledgeable, more attentive, and more helpful than anyone else I spoke with. We were able to quickly settle on the model and trim that would be best for me. During my test drive and in the showroom, Matt demonstrated the various Honda Sensing safety features on the vehicle. He also showed me how to set up my phone with Android Auto and how to use all the features of the infotainment system.

The dealership itself has a large lot and a very spacious and comfortable showroom. After reading through to customer survey questions, it's clear that Autonation has high standards for their sales team, and Matt is hitting the mark on everything.

19 Passport Elite! Absolutely love this car.

19 Passport Elite! Absolutely love this car.
I went to trade in my 14 GMC truck at Karmax next door as they had a vehicle I was interested in. They came back with what I considered a low ball offer on my customized truck. I almost did the deal anyway because I really wanted what they had but instead I went over to Auto Nation to see what they would offer on my truck, their offer- $5000 more than Karmax and if I bought a vehicle there I would get an over $3000 tax credit.
After driving the Passport, DONE DEAL!
Thanks Igor, Nhat and the rest of the team!

Put my car in for an oil change and a recall that need to be done. Was told that I would have to leave my car overnight and I would have to pay for a loaner. It s ridiculous since it s their fault that there s a recall. I was told by the services that there are free loaner at Mercedes and BMW. So rude and out of lines to treat your clients like that.

Unhappy with the air-conditioning inspection service. We brought the car in to inspect driver's side vents due to warm air blowing with air-conditioning on (air-conditioning for passenger vents were blowing cold air - still working), and after inspection (~$170), all vents are now blowing warm air. We had the air-conditioning serviced a couple of years ago (~$200), but ended with the driver's side vents blowing warm air. Last week's inspection indicated hose/condenser need to be replaced (estimated @ $1.3K), wondering why hose and condenser replacements were not recommended a couple of years ago given the issues we have had. We have been a loyal customer (bought 2 cars from when the dealer was family owned). In this particular case, we feel like we have been taken advantage of.

I am surprised at so many good reviews this place ...

I am surprised at so many good reviews this place has gotten. My experience was completely negative. I took an appointment before going there and clearly told them over phone what I am looking for. When my wife and I got there, we were assigned a salesman named Rafael to work with us. Rafael took us to an empty desk, asked us what we are looking for and then he left saying he will be back in few mins. Guess what... he never returned and nor did someone else. About 5 mins later, my wife looked back and saw Rafael sitting in a different cubicle with a different customer. We waited for about 10+ mins and then we got up and started walking around in the showroom to look at cars hoping he would notice us. He passed by us about 2 times and nothing. Not even a word like we were invisible. Approx 15 mins later, a salesman saw us walking around in showroom and came to ask us if we needed help and I told him that I am still waiting for Rafael. Honestly I should have left at this point. This was a good enough sign that these people don't deserve my business. Then another salesman showed up and told us that he will work with us and Rafael's appointment showed up. I was surprised to hear that since I myself had an appointment. Anyways, this salesman took us for a test drive and when we came back, he was very insistent on we buy the car just then. I told him that I haven't really made up my mind yet, so I am not going to and need time to think it over. He asked me what am I confused about and gave me a piece of sheet to write pros and cons of two cars I was actually considering :-). He was like ..just write it and then he left. When he didn't show up for next 5 mins, my wife and I got up to leave and just then a third sales person showed up for his sales pitch. They seem to have this intricate system of selling car I think. When one person doesn't succeed, another one shows up with new tricks up their sleeve. I went to 3 other dealers in Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond area as well and no one...I mean no one behaved like this. People at other dealerships were courteous and patient and that's why one of them got my business.

This has been the worst car dealership service I h...

This has been the worst car dealership service I have ever received! I came in with two small children expecting to either get a rental car if there was a wait or to wait with my kids at the dealership . They said it was going to take at least and hour and 45 minutes so I asked for a rental car. At no time did the woman working the desk mention that the car rental would be at.my expense. I had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle to take me to the rental car place. It took me over 20 minutes to talk to someone at Enterprise because they were booked. At which point I was informed that my rental would not be covered. They called to confirm. Their call was dropped several times by autonation. I spoke with Bill who cheerfully told me my car was done. Which they never called me about. I ask him for a shuttle and he says I should have Enterprise shuttle me back. I ask him to send someone and he does. The van later left without me and my kids. I called Autonation and they said they would look into it. The phone call was dropped and I couldn't get through when I tried several times after. I was stranded at Enterprise at which point I asked if they would shuttle me back to Autonation. They were more than happy to do it. While loading me into their car, the Autonation shuttle arrives at which point I had to take my kids out of their carseats for the3rd time since dropping off my car. We arrive at Autonation and Bill tries to tell me how great it is that they finished early. I told him I was not happy. I get to my car and see that it is not vacuumed. I go to complain and he says they'll do it now and I tell him I don't have the time. He tells me to come back next time for a free wash and vacuuming. I get home and look at the invoice and realize they didn't honor the $10 off coupon I presented at the beginning of this awful morning. If zero stars was an option I would use it here. I am never taking my car there again.

My experience at Honda was wonderful, and Bill A. ...

My experience at Honda was wonderful, and Bill A. and the service people have been very helpful and friendly..

However, I m a lot less happy with the results. I took my Honda in for an oil change, since it was time for it..to my horror, I was given a whole list of items that needed some tuning up..I was informed of the cost, and after recovering from the shock, agreed to have it all done, so I d have complete assurance of driving anywhere without experiencing ANY problems (even though I d had NO problems with the car over the past several years.

Yesterday, 5 weeks after the tuneup, my car engine died twice while I was slowing down or stopping, while driving in Kent. The 2nd time I was in the left hand lane on the West Valley highway waiting for the light to turn green. When the engine died and couldn t be started, I sat for over 20 minutes directing traffic to go around me. Finally a good samaritan stopped, helped me get the car off the road and into a nearby parking lot.. Since the engine wouldn t restart, I waited for half an hour, tried again, and I was able to drive very slowly home, shifting to neutral at every traffic stop light, and keeping my foot on the gas.
That was bad enough. I then left my Honda at Autonation with the understanding that it would be ready to be picked up the next day, Friday. Later, my friend, Rodger Duncan, was notified that it wouldn t be ready until Monday because the problem was a cracked head gasket. On Monday, after 4 phone calls to the dealer, Rodger was finally told that the mechanic wasn t in on Monday, and he wasn t sure when my car would be ready. After Rodger called repeatedly the next day, he did finally get a service person who told him it wouldn t be ready until Friday. One customer service person actually told him he didn t know anything about the car. As it turned out, many phone calls later, I was able to pick up the car Thursday afternoon. That cost $2300 +. The people we talked to inside the office were cordial and helpful, but I sure hope I never have to go back there.
Thank you

This was a horrible experience. I was given a quot...

This was a horrible experience. I was given a quote on my car, which I was completely up front and honest about. I got a call from the person who was supposed to do my appraisal, I believe his name was Darren, the day my appraisal was scheduled and he told me 3 things:

1. That there was no notary available that day.
2. That the quote would not change.
3. That I need to come in on a weekday (this was a Saturday).

So I asked him if Monday at 1:30pm would work and he said yes.

So I showed up at 1:30pm said Monday and he was not there. So some kid who seemed he didn't know what he was doing took over. And said kid reappraised my car for less money.

I was just trying to get rid of the car, so, $200 less didn't really bother me, but the fact that when I called for the appraisal I was told I needed a formal title and when I got to the location I was told that the affidavit of lost title would have sufficed, also upset me.... I spent $83 on a day of title that I did not need to.

I was also told by Darren that ot would be about an hour process. I don't know the name of the manager who was handling it in place of Darren, but about 2 hours into this whole debacle, I approached him and asked why it was taking so long. I said, come on, it's $100, you're not buying a house here.

At that point, he, (white male, approximately 5'10", somewhat skinny and facial hair) got aggressive with me and looked me in the eye, not far from my face and said in, not a yelling voice, but not a friendly one, "WE DON'T HAVE TO DO THIS" twice. I was confused so I said, what are you talking about? And he turned around, grabbed the keys to the car I was trying to sell, shoved them IN MY FACE, and said again, "WE DONT HAVE TO DO THIS!"

This was honestly the most unprofessional and upsetting sales experience I've ever had in my 36 years of life.

I will never do business of any kind with Autonation ever again.

The staff gives me attitude once I decided not to spend over $800 on maintenance, but decided to just do the oil change. And when I drop the car off, they said it will be done in an hour and a half, but it took four and a half hours. Apparently they put my car on the list given they are serving cars that would pay them big dollars. I wish there were a zero star rating. I will never come back to this dealership and never purchase car from them ever!

It was time to take my Civic in for the A service. The quote was 64.00 ... I did not select the optional items. When I got there for my appointment a rude woman said it was 400.00
I told her I only wanted the 64.00 service. She insisted it was $400.00 I refused service and left. I tried to call, left a message, and did the online chat, but have heard from no one. They not only lost a customer, but a sale. I was ready to trade the Civic in for an SUV.

I hate going to dealerships so I did 90% of the purchase work by phone. The staff understood and prepared everything before I ever saw the car. I showed up, saw the car (which met all of my expectations), signed a few documents, and was our the door in about an hour. No hassles, no unexpected issues or gimmicks, just a very simple and pleasent car purchase experience. I took my vehicle in for a safety recall repair and left the vehicle at the dealership while service was being performed. When I returned to pick the vehicle up, an iPhone usb charging cable - previously plugged into the dash - was missing from the vehicle. In addition, the contents of the glove box was completely disheveled. I returned to the service counter to report the problem and waited for 15 minutes while the service rep vaguely attempted - and failed - to reach anyone in the shop to look for the cable. I left the dealership with a promise from the woman behind the counter to call me to resolve the issue if the cable could not be located. She did not call.

Personal property was stolen from my vehicle during routine service, and no one helping me resolve the problem seemed to be the least bit surprised at my missing cable.

Further, no legitimate action was taken to resolve my problem. I ll never use this dealership again.

I paid for a platinum warranty and told if I brought my car to AutoNation it would only be a 100.00 deductible. Now i'm told they can't work on my Corvette and I must take it to a GM mechanic, Wish I knew this before driving all the way to Renton. The adviser told me if they can't fix it they will outsource it. Works for me. Not the way it went. I got a 'sorry, we can't fix it, take it to GM." I thought you were going to outsource it? "No, you can drive it there." Thanks a lot. Well, I know for next time. Guess I'm stuck paying 200.00 deductibles. Thank you very much. I also had to wait until the check engine lights came back on, before I could get it serviced at GM. If you can't fix it, please don't reset the warning lights. Runs great now. Thank you Titus Will GM/Chevy in Olympia, WA.

Generally OK experience. Went in to buy a car and pay for it outright. The salesman was extremely friendly and helpful, but stated that they would only be doing a soft inquiry on my credit report because I wasn't financing. Low and behold, it turns out the credit check was a hard inquiry (Really not the end of the world, it'll go a way in a bit, but it's just the principle of being told one thing and getting another). Make sure to watch this, and maybe get what you're being told in writing. My mistake that my trust meter let me down here, and I own it.

The negative part of this review really revolves around the financing team. When going in to close out the paperwork, they always want to push the extended warranties. Nothing new here as it's part of the game, and they need to make their money, but it's amazing how the tone changes when they are told no. Further to that, once the first finance rep was told no, another staff member came in and tried to sell it again. It's almost like pressure from a timeshare agent if you've ever been to one of those presentations. When he was told no, things got really short. After the final signature, they both walked off and said your salesman will be back with you. I had to circle the property to find the salesman, who again was extremely helpful, but I was definitely left hanging out to dry by the financing crew.

The salesman was great, but the financing team left enough of a bad taste that I myself would not purchase from here again.

It was a seamless transition but plan to spend a bit more time than you think there getting through the process. I have been going to Autonation Honda of Renton (...

I have been going to Autonation Honda of Renton (formerly Bob Lamphere's) for years through the lives of 2 Hondas. The service staff are all awesome: attentive, helpful and great to work with.

Last week it became apparent that it was time to buy another car as my 1998 CR-V needed work that would cost more than the car was probably worth. With almost 240k miles on it I can't complain. Timing was a bummer due to other situations in my life but I decided to make my move. I knew I wanted another CRV so I used the online site and made an inquiry. Within minutes I received a call from Srey who was incredibly accomodating. I went in around 5:30pm and by 8:30pm I was on my way home with my new car. That included looking at the cars, test driving, financing and closing the deal. I bought a Honda Certified previously owned CRV which I am thrilled with! I felt it was fairly priced and yes I even got a nice trade-in credit on my poor old CRV. The showroom is spacious and bright. Srey and team were very accomodating and helpful. Buying a previously owned car was easy and without pressure. It was a great experience all around. I do recommend Autonation Honda of Renton. Cheers!

My Honda CR-V 2011 was nearing the end of its lease and I was interested in the 2013. I could not have asked for better service and competitive pricing. They were so willing to work with me on making the best deal happen and I walked away feeling like I was part of the family, instead of just another customer. They can expect me back for yet another round when my current lease is up...possibly even sooner :-)

On 2/20/2020 I returned to AutoNation Honda for a past diagnosed repair needed (two motor mounts, side mount by timing chain, and front mount) and regular MPI, oil lubes filter, and an alignment.
I found my regular service rep and the mechanic that worked on the car had left. The new Mechanic said he did not feel the motor mounts were necessary.
And what was necessary is to fix the current oil leaks, I asked why there was no oil leaks on the ground, the service rep said it needed a Timing Cover reseal 1385.00 and an oil pan gasket 966.00 as it was at seep stage currently.
My thinking is this, could the side motor mount, by the timing chain, jarred the timing cover causing the leak? But supposedly it no longer needs the motor mounts fixed, why was it said so in the past after a through diagnois was done, and the noise was still there, the reason for me bringing it in the first time). Time for a second opinion. I need to make sure that what ever the diagnosis is it is correct, weather in the past or present. I gave them a 4 as I have gone there for over 3 years, and most of the time I had excellant service, also I am not saying the last diagnosis is incorrect, however this time, I feel I need a second opinion.

AutoNation has done a good job at sterilizing the service department, increasing prices and pressuring the staff from the looks of it. A far cry away from the good ol' days of Renton Honda giving customers the extra mile. Now we get the run around. The mechanics do a good job but the service department has some mishaps. For one, a specialist had failed to mention I had a recall last year when they had that airbag recall. I had received a letter in mail before my major service, but the service sheet said, recall: None. Or something to that effect. Also, when I called in (immediately after my major service) they would not put me in a loaner car, which was expressively offered in the Honda letter. I went to Honda of Seattle. They took care of me. No wonder they're always booked. And Renton AutoNation coupons are not always validated or brought to your attention. They hit you with the corporate mumbo jumbo, the coupon had to represented at the time we wrote it up. Okay, over a few clicks of the mouse, hitting a few keystrokes and printing a couple pieces of paper, you have lost my business. I will either start getting my work done at a different location or an entirely different company altogether

If I could give 0 I would! Really regret even purchasing a car from there, not even a year and half car has a ton of issues, very slow customer service, give you different options on what MIGHT be wrong with your car so you can keep spending money on things they THINK might be it even after paying for a full diagnostics! Completely done with this place and will not recommend ever to family or friends.

My service rep was great, as good as any I've had. My complaint is the wait time to speak to a service rep. While waiting in line, a lady walked in ahead of those of us waiting and the service rep took care of her. The rest of us looked at each other in amazement there was no control over the wait process. I waited almost 15 minutes before being waited on-a record for me. However, my service rep kept me up to date, was very polite, and explained everything in clear detail.

Purchasing my car was such a pleasant experience!!! Pablo was extremely patient with me! I came in at 11am and drove away with the car I LOVE at 7pm! YES, it was that long, only because the first car I saw was the one I drove away with and I really wanted to take my time to think about it so in between I went to get something to eat and came back a couple hours later. I test drove two more cars and Pablo was there all the way through the process! He made me feel comfortable and made sure I took all the time I needed. He wasn't aggressive or" pushy" like other Sales Rep I've encountered in the past. He was customer focused and genuinely had the best intentions. I so appreciate his patience and grace throughout the long process! Thank you Pablo! Keep up the amazing work, it really does make a difference!

UPDATE (original review below): We went in on Saturday to the dealership and spoke to a representative who was very nice and helpful. He put in a work order for the next available (which he expected to be on Monday), but was actually able to get us set up with a loaner while we waited that day. I was impressed with the in-person customer service.

(Original review)
Terrible customer service. We have called in 3 times in the last two weeks to try to get a loaner vehicle until our recalled vehicle can be fixed. I understand that they are busy with a lot of these requests, but we have spent over an hour listening to the phone ring. When we did actually get through to somebody, it was only to be assured that we would receive a call back, which we are yet to receive. I think we got on a list, but I was also assured we would receive an update two days ago and my wife was assured she would receive a call back today after getting punted around for 20 minutes.

If you can't help us, at least help connect us with somebody who can. We have a 3 month old child and we need to get this resolved!

She spent over 30 mins transferring me around then mouthed off to me (Jeanne) ...Finally got Tom the GM atleast he cared enough to try and help..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.!!! Fair warning.

Two months ago we bought a Honda Odyssey from anot...

Two months ago we bought a Honda Odyssey from another dealership (Sumner Honda), and had the worst experience ever. So when we got in an accident 2 weeks ago we were so hesitant on starting this process all over again. It was an overwhelming feeling of dread. We compared prices, we visited various other dealerships, and wanted to take our time.

This dealership is far above any other dealer. The floor facility is breath taking, and from the start felt absolutely no pressure to buy from them. In fact, when we decided to come back to buy (the next day) we were asked to test drive the car to make sure it is what we wanted. There was no haggling at all. We asked for a price match and they did that.

Mariano is so gentle he never once tried to sell us a car, he even gave us advice that kept us at the trim we wanted (so amazing), Paul is an amazing person his life story alone is worth coming in to hang out (trust me), and Darrin feels so much like one of our best friends and he was very transparent about the whole deal. We came with our game faces on...

We were expecting to hate this experience. But instead, we watched cartoons with our kids and were taken care. Did you hear that? We were taken care of and they really seem to care about us enjoying our purchase.

I feel like you cannot go wrong with this place. We've been at plenty of dealerships and one difference is that these "sales" people don't work on commission, so save your breath but come understanding that they're a business and you can't steal cars.

We got a fantastic deal on our 2019 Honda Odyssey, and cannot wait to come back and visit these people again. We enjoyed this process so much more!

Thank You Honda Auto Nation. We will be buying future cars here for sure!

We've been using Honda for a year or more and have been quite pleased. I'm glad we turned our Toyota's into Honda's. Wait times are reasonable and it doesn't take 6+ hrs to do an oil change. Prices are reasonable. They are honest about their work and let you know of things as they find them. Not wait until they've broke and several other issues cascaded into alignment with it. I swear a few of my Toyota's had lemon issues and they waited until after warranty to tell me. Honda doesn't do this. They're honest and ethical.

Like most dealerships try to get your vehicle serviced by no later than 9 am or it s a 2+ hr wait.

Usually my experiences with AutoNation is good, ho...

Usually my experiences with AutoNation is good, however this last interaction not so much. They offer valet service which I appreciate especially with the covid-19 pandemic in play, it seems to me that there are some hiccups. The service in my opinion isn't managed very well. When you schedule a pickup time they don't meet the timeline nor do they follow up with a phone call if they're going to be out side of the hour window for picking up the vehicle. Another annoying issue is that there's always a staffing problem. My suggestion is, if you are going to offer such a service make sure you have the staff to support it! Now to my last encounter my vehicle was scheduled for Monday 3/29 at 10am. I called the service department around 10:30am because the had not been picked up. The receptionist indicated that they would be there around 11am, however a couple hours passed and I received a call around 2:30pm indicating that the vehicle could be retrieved. I asked if I could reschedule for the following day which we did. The vehicle was picked up around 10 ished . Received a call around 3pm saying repair was completed with some recommendation regarding the battery. I asked if they could address the battery issue. Got a call around 7:30pm repair was done but wasn't able to return the vehicle because no staff, but I could expect the vehicle tomorrow morning. No vehicle, no phone, I called around 11:30am inquiring about my car and was told by the receptionist that she wasn't able to track down the service manager who was handling the repair and that she would send a email to that manager, but never heard back. So I called an hour later spoke with Steve and explained the situation and he ensure me that he would get it handled and he DID!!

Great experience buying a used Nissan Leaf there recently, Dave took great care of me. The only reason it's not 5 star is that it took them quite a while to get all the paperwork sorted out, even though I was paying cash.

Received quite professional buying experience at AutoNation when I bought Honda Accord recently. In fact, all members worked like a correlated team to make final deal quicker and easy. I was little upset when I was informed in the last minute to realize Credit Card option is not available to purchase a car. Typical Sales team confirmed Credit Card is available though.

We purchased our 2nd used care from Auto Nation and a service contract for oil changes back in late October early November. Made an appointment to drop off car for oil change. Took a while for checkin because they had the wrong car listed on the appointment. After r5 minutes....we left to go home about 35 miles away. Got a call that afternoon starting that car needed additional work totalling about 1300.00. We decided to go elsewhere for the work and just have them do the oil change. We were to pick up the car the next day. We called several times and left messages the morning of pickup to confirm the car was ready. No one returned our calls so we decided to drive all the way down to Renton and see what was up. Got there about 1. We checked in. It took 45 min to1 hour wait to finally get someone to respond on why it was taking so long. That's woth 2 or 3 other guys who kept telling us our rep will be back any minute. All we wanted to do was pick up our car and get home!!! We finally corralled an older gentleman to help us check.out as it was getting late and rush hour traffic going north is horrendous. We left about 245. Got on the freeway several miles and the oil light was on. I had a bad feeling about my experience. Got to the the mechanic who was doing the work on my car and asked him to check my oil and see if there was a problem. The mechanics does not do oil changes but would check it for me. He did say that sometimes the oil light needs to be reset and may not have been. I got home at 420. Got a call from the mechanic at 5 and they did check the oil and it was filthy dirty and the filter was bad. The conclusion: Auto Nation DID NOT PERFORM THE OIL CHANGE!!!! When I called this morning, I reiterated my story and asked for a refund to the contract as I could not trust them to do the job we paid for and we were not going to drive all that way in the future to "possibly" have it done. I also should not have to have it verified that someone changed my oil or not!!! Of course the answer is that they wanted to speak to the mechanic. I am so frustrated!!! Never have I had such problems with a dealership. Also...the care was supposed to be a certified used car. Purchased from them in good faith
My faith in them is very challenged now. I will go to the Bellevue dealership now on.
