Excellent customer service. They made my car buying experience stress free. My car is an excellent fit, exactly what I was looking for.

I highly recommend Chevrolet of Bellevue and Josh Jose. I just purchased a Corvette Z06. Josh was extremely helpful and patiently responded to all of my questions. Not the typical high pressure sales that you see at most dealerships.

Ian was terrific. He wasn't high pressure, was friendly and accommodating, and answered our questions promptly. When we decided to buy and were waiting for the paperwork/finance to finish, he came by regularly (just the right amount), to make sure we didn't need anything else (a drink), and give us an update on the process. John, (his boss?) was also really nice, and came across as confident in his knowledge but not arrogant, like so many car salesman can be, and we feel we got a fair deal without any of the back-and-forth sales games you can run across. We remarked how genuinely pleased they seemed to be that we were one of their first sales after they moved into their new location.

We had a previous negative experience with a salesman who is no longer with the business, but our experience with Ian and John completely wiped that away. So far we love the car, and will happily do business with you all again.

Recently leased a Ceramic grey Corvette z51 from these guys. Worked with Kyle McAllister. Experience went very smooth. Was treated very well, respectfully, and responsiveness was very quick. I didn t get any unwanted or unnecessary hassle. I go through many cars with unusual frequency so have fair amount of experience, and all seemed good through out the process.

We had the best experience with Chevrolet of Bellevue. Shout out to Jazmyne, Miguel, and Andrew, they made the whole process quick, easy, and stress free. Definitely recommend! Now to go enjoy my brand new 2020 Traverse RS :)

Great experience with salesperson Kareem. He worked hard to find me the vehicle I wanted and was patient with my need to test drive (and sometimes re-test drive) my vehicle candidates. Kareem was very relateable and honest.

Do yourself a favor, look for Armin and Nate if you're in the market for a vehicle. They are great salesmen. Armin seems to know a lot about cars, he will not disappoint. Nate is nice and genuinely friendly. Peter, one of the GM was easy to work with as well. Before you leave the lot, be sure to check if everything that comes with the car, is there. But other than that, effortless buying experience.

Salesman Neil a 4, Sales Manager Randy a 3, Finance Manager Tom a 3, and Finance Manager Neil a 1. Bought a new Traverse, got a better price from Chevy Bellevue over the initial phone call than the price Everett Chevy gave me after hours of working with them and referral from ownership (on exact same vehicle). I give Chevy of Bellevue a 5 for that. I give Chevy of Bellevue a 3 at best for the mix up on pricing due to the empty promise I got from Neil the finance manager on the extended warranty. I give Tom the finance manager a good rating as he could not promise the same price for the extended warranty (in addition to the interest and monthly payment not always matching throughout the process), however he worked hard to get close to the bottom line that what was previously agreed upon and clean everything up. I would recommend using Chevy of Bellevue, however (and obviously) pay very close attention to detail on the purchase/sale agreement if you're negotiating multiple items. After a month and stops at over a dozen dealerships Neil the salesman and Randy Sales Manager did a good job negotiating and coming across professional, unlike typical new car dealerships.

I want to thank Chris Lupinski at Bellevue Chevrolet for being incredibly fast and responsive to my initial on-line query and subsequent phone call, and for his outstanding service and patience. We came in only wanting to gather information, and left as the happy owners of a 2019 Chevy Volt plug-in Hybrid.

Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, attentive and just the right balance of eager versus low-key. I never particularly enjoy the car buying process but on this occasion it was a pleasure.

Thanks also to the rest of the staff who quickly and efficiently took care of all the steps prior to driving our car home.

Purchased a Tahoe from Bellevue Chevy in September. Had the amazing opportunity of working with Kareem, Jeffrey, Lina and Gus. We were very specific in what we were looking for and this team found it and setup our financing at a great rate.

I purchased a used vehicle today (2016 Jeep Wrangler) from the folks at Chevrolet of Bellevue. My salesperson was Kyle McAllister and he was great to work with. He is very professional, responsive, polite and knowledgeable. Because I live a long way from the dealership we had to do some of our initial dealings over the phone. Kyle was very willing to work with me during this time and even filmed and sent me a walkaround video of the vehicle prior to me making the drive to the dealership. Everything went so well that I was very comfortable getting in my vehicle to make the 3 hour drive, because I knew I would not be wasting my time (and his). I also had the pleasure of working with Sales Managers Brian and Peter. I did not get to meet Peter in person, but he was very friendly and responsive via email. I did get the opportunity to meet and talk with Brian and he was also very responsive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The polythene layer on the body of the car started showing up bubbles annoyingly. Android auto isnt working, I bought this car mainly due to the android auto feature. I am very dissatisfied due to this.

We just bought a Chevrolet Bolt 2020 from them. Everyone was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Yusef explained everything about the car, took us for a spin and even dropped us back at work when we were undecided about the purchase. Peter, the manager ended up giving us a deal we are very happy with. The process did take considerable time, but everything was thorough and well organized.

Dylan was very attentive to my purchase of a new traverse. At one point I had 3 sales people waiting on me. This review is for Jazmyne and my overall experience buying a vehicle from Chevrolet of Bellevue. I ll keep it short and sweet, I came to Chevrolet of Bellevue with a truck and mind and a price point I was willing to go to. I walked out of there with the truck I wanted and the price I wanted. There were some negotiations but I always felt like my best interest was held to heart by Jazmyne and her other associates. Customer service was great and I love my truck so it all worked out. I had been to quite a few car places before them, and COB treated me the best!

Repeat buyer. These guys are efficient and low on the nonsense.

Michael was great and easy to work throughout the sales process. Really happy with the deal we put together.

I was in the market for my first car and I visited many dealerships in the process and I can honestly say that this dealership is awesome. I worked with many of the salesman there over the course of couple of days.

All were helpful and courteous but also respected your time and weren't pushy. Jeff, Gus and Bill and many others worked with me to get a great deal on my car. We bought a new Suburban from Chevrolet of Bellevue this week. This was our first experience with this dealership and came away pleasantly surprised. Our main salesperson was Josh Jose--Josh made himself available to us over the course of several days as often as needed (even when he wasn't at work) as questions arose, he went out of his way to try and make the typically un-enjoyable experience of buying a car as pleasant as possible, and provided excellent customer service and support throughout the process. We appreciated his honesty about the vehicle best suited for our needs and the pros and cons of different cars that we were looking at. Overall, Josh was a delight to work with, smart and knowledgeable, and we'd happily recommend him to anyone considering buying a car here. Also to note, the managers (Brad and Peter) were also thoughtful and helpful and we enjoyed getting to know them as well.

At least I didn't hesitate and fulfilled my end of the deal with the initial positive common can't believe I was almost done wrong I'm trying to sign those contracts lol I didn't become a millionaire overnight so good luck

This is going to be a very long review but it ll be worth the read. So I had been looking online at cars in the general Seattle area and found one here at this dealership, I got in contact with someone and was taking about my situation what I wanted to do etc. I do live in eastern Washington 2.5 hours away from this place so it s not like I could just talk to them in person. I originally made plans to go look at it since the person I was speaking to said they could do what I wanted but unfortunately when I got to the dealership after messaging with this person all the way there I wasn t able to even see the car or get the deal they thought they could do. Obviously driving 2.5 hours each way I was a little irritated, however a few days later I got into contact with the manager Gus who reached out to me and was so apologetic about what happened and said he d find a way to make what I wanted happen for me. A week later he somehow pulled all this together and got me a deal and was able to take in my trade in that had some equity on it. Not only did he meet all of my wants he also was nice enough to have someone bring the car to me in eastern Washington so I didn t have to make another trip. I sincerely appreciate the work Gus and the finance manager Lena did for me, they were very open and so amazing I know they worked hard to make this deal and made the initial unpleasant experience into an incredible one. I definitely will be referring anyone who is in need of a car to go to this dealership. Thank you for everything you guys do.

Lane Hutton was such a pleasure to spend time with. He gave us a lot of info and helped us narrow down our choices for a truck. No pressure sales, excellent service. Josh Jose was clear and transparent with all of the financial info during our purchase process, and Lina was a delight when we signed the documents. I have wanted a Chevy Impala for the last 6 months, so I finally bit the bullet and returned Chris Wilkinson's phone call. I went in at 2;30 pm on a Saturday and left @ 5:30 pm with purchasing a 2017 Impala LT. Now, I did leave the dealership without my car, yet, I was EXTREMELY confident that my car would be in my hands soon!!! You see - my car happened to be @ another dealership and was going to be transferred to Chevy of Bellevue's lot. The car arrived on Monday, was inspected and Chris Yoon proofed and by Wednesday afternoon, I was driving my impala off the lot!!! This dealership is great. They have a great team, Joshua Jose walked me through my purchase in a most professional and expeditious way. His eagerness to make my wife and I comfortable with our purchase reflects the pride he takes in his job. We drove two hours in rush hour traffic to accept delivery of our car. He made our visit warm and comfortable, like a family visit. He was so excited about our purchase I felt like I bought our car from a close family member. I really felt like Josh was genuinely concerned that we got the right car at the best price possible. My wife and I recently bought a new suburban from Chevrolet of Bellevue. I contacted Miguel Ortiz reference a model I saw on the website. Miguel completed almost the entire deal through email and text with no surprises. He was totally honest on what he could and could not do. We drove 4.5 hours to finalize the deal and were done in under 2.5 hours. That also included a lease return. Lina in F&I was fabulous, and had us done in no time. I will refer everyone to Chevrolet of Bellevue.

Jeff is an amazing consultant, he helped us in buying car and gave us enough details and knowledge about everything we needed and the best thing is he followed up with us after our first visit and that's kind of a good sign for any sales person to have that kind of quality / skill to connect and build that strong relationship with the customer to serve them better. Jeff ensured us that he not only wanted to sell the car but made sure that we were happy and satisfied for what we are paying and buying from them. Recently purchased a 2018 Charger from these folks. All I can say is "wow" at my experience. Shoutout to Alex for getting in contact with me quickly after I sent an inquiry about the vehicle online. Not only was communicating with him easy, but he even came in ON HIS DAY OFF to show me the vehicle and guide me through the process. This was my first time purchasing my own vehicle, and while I had advice from others, at no point did I feel like he was taking advantage of, or trying to confuse me into making an impulse decision.

After establishing that I intended to move forward on the vehicle, he brought me to the Finance Manager Andrew. Another huge shoutout to Andrew here for my exceptional experience. It did not feel like I was purchasing a car from a salesman at a dealership, it felt like I knew someone who happened to sell cars at a dealership. He worked me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood the purpose of each piece before signing. Also, very importantly, he was able to work with a contact he had at a local bank to get me an unexpectedly low, though welcome, interest rate on my loan.

My entire experience with Alex, Andrew, John, and everyone else at Chevrolet of Bellevue was fantastic from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle. If you want an easy, comfortable, no pressure car buying experience, then go see these folks first, you won't regret it.

Five Stars to Gus Baca and Tommy Evan at Chevrolet of Bellevue!!!! I received great open and honest communication during our transaction. This was my first time car buying/leasing experience on a new vehicle and I did my online homework prior to contacting several dealers. I asked specific questions and Gus and Tommy were willing to show me all the numbers they were using to calculate my lease. At the end of our discussion I walked out with a better lease price than I was able to negotiate with any of the other dealers in our area. When I went in to sign the paperwork everything was ready and the price was exactly what we had discussed.
