I hate going to dealerships so I did 90% of the purchase work by phone. The staff understood and prepared everything before I ever saw the car. I showed up, saw the car (which met all of my expectations), signed a few documents, and was our the door in about an hour. No hassles, no unexpected issues or gimmicks, just a very simple and pleasent car purchase experience. I still dont care for dealerships but I have to say, I'll probably go back to Renton Honda to buy my next car, even if they dont have one I like and have them find and sell me one that I do.
