I took my vehicle in for a safety recall repair and left the vehicle at the dealership while service was being performed. When I returned to pick the vehicle up, an iPhone usb charging cable - previously plugged into the dash - was missing from the vehicle. In addition, the contents of the glove box was completely disheveled. I returned to the service counter to report the problem and waited for 15 minutes while the service rep vaguely attempted - and failed - to reach anyone in the shop to look for the cable. I left the dealership with a promise from the woman behind the counter to call me to resolve the issue if the cable could not be located. She did not call.

Personal property was stolen from my vehicle during routine service, and no one helping me resolve the problem seemed to be the least bit surprised at my missing cable.

Further, no legitimate action was taken to resolve my problem. I ll never use this dealership again.
