I ordered a phone on the 26th February and after chasing and chasing they couldn't confirm when it would be dispatched. Something to do with the phone being in quality control and lack of staff. So I cancelled it with the assurance that I would be refunded in 14 days.
Now 3 months later and chase after chase and still no refund.
Customer service is rubbish. They keep promising a refund but each promise is broken and still I'm waiting. You can't seem to speak to anyone, only email or Instant Message.
Came on Trust Pilot to vent and see that many others are having the same issue.

Disgraceful people, bought a phone off these frauds it didn t turn up in within the 10 days, it was going through final checks but would be sent out by the end of the week, no show!! This performance went on for 3 weeks with promises made and not kept. I decided to cancel the order on 30th March, the refund was supposed to be here today 14th April, now there saying 21st May over 5 weeks from when I cancelled. These people are shameful and dishonest as nothing they have said has been true. Use at your own risk!!

After waiting 9 days I emailed them asking whether my order would be dispatched by the 10th day, and if not then I wanted a refund. To which I got a reply saying my order had been cancelled. Absolutely terrible customer service Got a quote a good 1 at that for my old phone Printed label and sent it off. very next day I received email saying they hadn't received my parcel I did ignore the email as I had only sent it day before however a week later no contact or payment numerous attempts of tryen to contact I got thru to a cheeky begger and told the issue pay with royal mail. Contacted royal mail who state if they have a issue with delivery they need to contact royal mail. I am now back to square 1 unable to contact them no mobile and no payment. Taken up legal action.

I've been using Quickmobilefix for a while to get the company phones repaired (mainly back covers or screen replacements). They used to be good, easy shipping process, quick turnaround (2-3 days) and quality repairs. Lately their service has become absolutely awful, weeks to get phones back and "repaired" with cheap parts poorly reassembled. I've been trying for days now to get a refund on a repair that has not been carried out (phone sent for cosmetic damage and returned not repaired), the only feedback I get is to send the phone back to them which I'm not willing to do not to have to wait weeks to have eventually the repair carried out. They claim to have a strict quality control which they do not. I also bought from them some "A" refurbished phones, one was effectively an "A", the other one was more a "B-". I'm really sorry to see that what used to be a good company is now behaving like Cowboys. Definitely I would not recommend, I'm done with them, I'll take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT purchase a phone from Quick mobile Fix. I purchased an iPhone X in June and waited for over 2 months for it to arrive. Was on hold constantly and received no response from them. I then cancelled the order and had to wait another month for my money back. I then purchased the iPhone X again in August - It took about 1 month to arrive but I was happy with it. After discovering that the Apple Pay and the headphone jack doesn't work on the phone; I have been emailing constantly (as they have now gotten rid of their phone service). STILL no response. I was also offered a partial refund for the first phone and am still yet to receive that. Terrible customer service (or in my case; no service at all).
After reading the negative comments I thought the company couldnt be that bad; I was wrong; I cannot stress this enough, do not use this company, after chasing up my order I was told this would be send the following week, this went on for over a month and finally they ended up cancelled my order without telling me; now I have to wait for a refund, which I imagine wont arrive anytime soon. I have called in to ask if I can collect as I live 5 miles down the road but I have been told this is not possible... Besides That I have offered to pay for a quick 1 day delivery. This was also not possible. I am pretty disappointing with this poor customer service.

Totally agree with most of the poor reviews on here - they take your money straight away for phones they dont have then fob you off with quality control messages - it take huge amounts of effort to get a refund to which I am still waiting - payment made of 3rd july and it's now 16th of August - it should never take this long to refund it's just incompetence and like the sale of the phone they probably dont have the money to refund you
Stay clear of this company - with seeing all the bad comments and how consistent the same reviews are I would think this company wont be in business for long - trading standards or watchdog should really look into this company

Awful company. Bought a iPhone 6S 128GB for a family holiday of a lifetime. Device screen did not come on but I only found out when on holiday in Thailand. Tried to call and email from Bangkok but without success and they have refused to sort the problem!
Sent my Sony Z2 to repair crack screen. I gave only 2 stars: First star - Overall process (time) is pretty decent that include delivery time. Second star - My phone & screen works Didn't give the rest of the stars because: They delivery to the wrong address. Workmanship is pretty bad as the glue is all over the edge of the screen and when holding the phone you can feel the stickiness. The screen just not level on the phone because of the glue. I will give 2.5 stars but it won't allow here.

Bought iphone 4s for my son's first mobile. It was delivered quickly and packaged well to ensure no damage in transit. The phone was in great condition and seems to be working perfectly. My son is over the moon and I am now looking to buy phones for me and my wife from Quick mobile fix.
First time user and everything worked just fine. Only snag is that they say they would post the label but in reality the label comes through email and you need to print it. No issues with this except for the fact that I wasted few days waiting for the label to then realise it was already there, I have read few reviews (after!!) of people pointing out the same thing.. they should just fix the communication so that people don't get confused. Once that was done the phone went and came back repaired very quickly. I would use again

Do not buy from here! Went for a good quality refurbished iPhone SE. Aesthetically I expected it to have more scratches so I was impressed with that. However after using it for a week or so the battery kept shutting down when it got to 30%. Furthermore it froze a few times and generally the screen wasn't responsive at the bottom about 50% of the time. I have had a horrendous experience trying to return it within the warranty period, after exchanging several emails they finally accepted that I didn't want it fixing, but have told me I have to wait 3 months for a refund!!
Fraudulent online business. Retains customer funds for cancelled orders. Avoid at all costs and report to UK Action Fraud and Shopify. This company sends automated e-mails regarding refunds that do not materialise. Contact Redbridge Trading standards too.

Absolutely disgrace of a service and terrible customer service. After purchasing a phone and money taken immediately as you can expect, then had to chase tracking details only to be told the phone had to go through quality assurance and checks - that were advertised as already having been through. I am now into the 3rd week and still no refund. DO NOT purchase from here. I went onto Amazon, and it was delivered the next day.

This company is shady. Fact. I ordered a phone that they said was in stock and waited. They contacted me after ten days to say it wasn t in stock. I asked for a refund. That was due in yesterday, but nothing in my account. They haven t responded to emails that I sent about the refund from 11 days ago. They ve now had my money for 6 weeks. Really pleased with the repair & service provided by Quick Mobile Fix. It took just 3 1/2 days from the time I placed my order to day my phone was delivered.I'd recommend them to anyone with need to have replacement screen on your phone.

Don't use this company .,if a company has your phone in stock your payment is taken and they should dispatch your order, waiting 10 days before they for them to MAYBE send a phone out is not good enough. Absolute joke of a company. Promised me my order after full payment within a set amount of time and completely ignored my emails when I complained they had not delivered. Very bad response time. And had to get in touch with my bank for a refund when opted for. Not helpful and a very stressful experience.
Excellent service; answered questions quickly and refurbished phone in great condition. Only comment is that if there's a delay in postage, please email the customer, rather then having them ask first, as I got mine 7 days later than expected. Other then that, phone works great, and with a 1 year warranty, you can't go wrong!

I'm sitting with 1 damaged phone, and they have yet to send the other one after I had to ship it back to them (at my expense) because the phone would not connect to a network.

AVOID! Similar to many of the other reviews, I submitted an order in December for Christmas and it was never dispatched. I gain the company plenty of opportunity to have the item dispatched and the constant excuse of COVID-19 difficulties was used. A refund was requested before Christmas and I am yet to receive the funds. I have requested the refund AGAIN following the Christmas period and they explained that I would have to wait another 14-days to receive my refund. If the refund has not been received by the 14th day I will be contacting the Trading Standard for further advise. My advise is DO NOT USE this company and do not make the same mistake I did.
In my experience Quick Mobile Fix is a truly terrible business which does not operate on an ethical basis, treats its customers with total distain, lies rather than explains, and should be closed down by trading standards.
I bought a phone that they assured me they had. After it didn t arrive they said it needed more Quality Control . Utterly pathetic. When I eventually cancelled my order they would not return my money.

And don t try to ring them. They ll be engaged for twenty minutes before you can get a place on hold. Then after generally forty minutes on hold, often someone will pick up and hang up. Ordered my daughter an iPhone as a replacement for one she had broken at school, the phone came within a week rather than 2 even during these challenging COVID times. Although the phone was a refurbished one, it was still in perfect condition and functioned as normal. Will defo be using the site again and would highly recommend it to friends and family :)

I bought a new I-phone recently. Customer services gave excellent advice with no pressure to buy. Phone was as new and worked fine. Did take a few days to arrive.I would buy off them again.

Very impressed with their performance so far ( several months) and very pleased with the price I paid, especially as they have a years warranty each!.
They were both unlocked phones, so simple to go Sim only on the strongest performance probider ( in my case, Voda via Talkmobile) and came boxed with charging cable ( no charger) , screen wipe and screen clear protectors, and no blemishes

I ordered phone but I was moving at the time so I odrered it to my new address (outside UK) but company changed my shipping address to my old one because at the time that was billing adress. I paid for international shipping but did not receive phone at all. After being on hold for half an hour trying to reach customer service (that cost me 15 pounds) they explained that only option is to cancel order. Not acceptable.
P.S. Customer service said refund is gona reach my account in 3 days. Its been over a week now. I contacted them and they said its gona be 2 more days. So overall 9 days.

I bought a refurbed iPhone 7, with a 12 month warranty. It was almost perfect, just a few scuffs on the back of the case and much cheaper than new, and unlocked to any network. It was delivered quickly. Great service, good phones.

I had a quick and fuss free experience - twice in a month - both times after breaking my OnePlus One screen (what am I - 15 years old?)
As a first choice I wanted to give the business to a local company, and so waited for a local Nottingham company to order new screens from China. After 8 weeks waiting for the screens to arrive (if they were ever actually ordered?) I gave up and sent my phone to QMF. Within 5 days the phone was returned with a new screen, working just fine. Then I broke it again a few days later(!) - and again the phone was quickly and efficiently repaired.
Overall, the service is great. I appreciated the free postage both ways - and each time the phone was returned well packed, clean and working. Only one thing could be done better - an automated ping (email or SMS) to confirm a) the phone has arrived safely with QMF and b) the phone has been repaired and is ready to be dispatched. In fairness, the courier does perform the latter service notifying that my phone is back in their system.
No hesitation in recommending QMF for this kind of phone issue. My OnePlus now resides in a flip case to guard against this kind of carelessness!
Phone arrived within 7 days of order being placed. The phone itself was in as new condition although its battery life has not been as good as I hoped. Overall, I've been very pleased with my dealings with this company.

Nothing Quick about this company. No mention of 10 working days delay before postage, or the fact that they sell phones on that they do not actually have in stock at the time of your order. Waited 3 weeks for delivery of phone. It eventually arrived, without the protective case I had ordered and paid for. Almost impossible to get hold of this company by phone, so after repeated emails to customer service , they finally agreed to issue a refund for it. (After three weeks of refusing and telling me it was on its way) However I was told this would take a further 14 working days to process. It s now been a month and no sign of my refund. Or the phone case. Useless.

Update: 24/04/2018 Received an email from this company today to say my mobile device has just been received.. What a lie they confirmed by device was received on the 14th and an offer was made.

Sent my phone to be recycled to them because they gave me a decent price. was sent around 12th or 13/04/2018. Phone has been received but no payment has been received.
Initially they changed the offer because phone was locked to O2 (although this was purchased through John Lewis unlocked) after telling them about my receipt from John Lewis they changed the offer back to its original.
Told me payment will take 72 hours to process on 14th... Then was informed payment will be in by Friday 20th.. Then was informed payment will be in by Monday 23/04... STILL NO PAYMENT!
All the short delayed contact was through email, it is impossible to call them as their phones are always engaged.
Should have gone with other Mobile recycle companies, although they pay less you can guarantee payment will be made same day.
Really disgusted with their service. I feel like I have been scammed!
Ordered An I Phone 7 Plus 128GB on Friday (7/6/19) , got a confirmation letter as Usual , Went to the order tracker on the (13/6/19) and it said they haven't received a payment but checked my bank balance and the money was taken out of my account on the (7/6/19) So do not really know whats going on i tried customer support i emailed them which came to no response and i called numerous times and ended up with being 21st in a long queue to speak to a "Quick Mobile Fix Representative" in total i do not know what to think of this service... Its coming up the 5-7 days of expected dispatch so i guess we will just have to see.

Ordered a iPhone 6 on my son's behalf, on Xmas day, money was taken on Wednesday 27/12/17 as of today 31/12/17 no contact, of any kind even though I have emailed and messaged via messenger. Their web page does not state they were closed except for the expected bank holidays so there's no excuse for me being ignored. I have now had to open a dispute via PayPal, so my advise would be AVOID at all costs .
I sent my HTC One M8 to Quick Mobile Fix on 29th September. I had previously asked how long the battery repair would take because I wanted to rent a replacement handset from them. I was assured the repair would take no more than 48 hours. At the end of the following week I still hadn't had my phone back, and the online status information showed no information regarding what was wrong with my phone or what the status of the repair was. I called them many times but couldn't get through. I emailed again and asked them to send me a temporary handset for a fee; they said the phone would be ready within 48 hours.
The following week (week 2) I still hadn't got my phone back. Finally, I have received the mobile and the battery seems to be working well again, but I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not quick, the ability to rent a temporary handset seems not to be the case, and communication with this company is very difficult. If they had allowed me to rent one of their handsets I wouldn't have lost business through missed calls.
