Ordered a iPhone 6 on my son's behalf, on Xmas day...

Ordered a iPhone 6 on my son's behalf, on Xmas day, money was taken on Wednesday 27/12/17 as of today 31/12/17 no contact, of any kind even though I have emailed and messaged via messenger. Their web page does not state they were closed except for the expected bank holidays so there's no excuse for me being ignored.
I have now had to open a dispute via PayPal, so my advise would be AVOID at all costs .
