It s company full of people who are not capable to read and reply to an email. I emailed about cancellation 10days ago. They always replied to me that our cancellations manager will contact you tomorrow . Now I received a email showing the phone was shipped. They can t cancel a single order. So I guess this company has more orders than amazon.
