DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they rip you off. I bought the phone in April and then sent it back. They promised a refund within 14 working days. No refund appeared. I contacted them and they told me it would take another month to process the refund, hiding behind the covid excuse. there are hundreds of similar reveiws of people not gettIng their money back. This is basically fraud. I am going through my bank to get the money back ( a very easy process) , BUT NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Tto quick fix, please dont send me an insulting standard response to this , just give me my money back. Taking peoples money and not retuning it is theft
