I orded a refurbished iphone ,after my payment went through they sent me an email saying it will be dispatched in 7 days. This was to long for me so i cancelled it within two days of ordering .I emailed lots of times they dont answer the phones i was given two different dates for refund to be paid in my bank and both dates no money arrived .I sent a recorded delivery letter giving them 14 days to refund me my money and still no money arrived .I then got intouch with citizens advice ,who said they will look into it and i had to claim my money back through my bank .The whole thing took me nearly 3 months to get my refund . Would not ever use quick mobile fix ever again .
