DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THey should not be allowed to trade - they are awful. I sent them my phone, insured through their postal system, the packaging arrived ripped apart and my phone had gone - that was in March, I have sent them everything they have asked for and we are now in June, they do not reply to any emails, you can not call their phone number - I am an iphone down and no compensation - I am totally disgusted with them..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
