Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service
Got a quote a good 1 at that for my old phone
Printed label and sent it off.
very next day I received email saying they hadn't received my parcel I did ignore the email as I had only sent it day before however a week later no contact or payment numerous attempts of tryen to contact I got thru to a cheeky begger and told the issue pay with royal mail.
Contacted royal mail who state if they have a issue with delivery they need to contact royal mail.
I am now back to square 1 unable to contact them no mobile and no payment.
Taken up legal action.
