First time user and everything worked just fine. Only snag is that they say they would post the label but in reality the label comes through email and you need to print it. No issues with this except for the fact that I wasted few days waiting for the label to then realise it was already there, I have read few reviews (after!!) of people pointing out the same thing.. they should just fix the communication so that people don't get confused.
Once that was done the phone went and came back repaired very quickly.
