AVOID AVOID AVOID ordered a phone and due to my own stupidity didn t realise they take 10 working days to deliver which is ridiculous if you advertise a phone it should be ready to go ,After 8 working days I get a mail saying there is a delay will take another 3 working days I requested a refund as was going abroad ,I was advised they can send out a white iPhone which I declined,

Then got a mail as if by magic my phone was on its way I then sent a mail advising that I didn t want the phone wanted the refund then got a mail back saying I had to post it back then they need to do strict quality checks before they refunded me ,my house sittter refused to sign for the phone the courier advised will go straight back to them sent an email on the 23rd still no courtesy of a reply now having to go through the hassle of opening a dispute with PayPal to get my money back



Worst customer service ever you should take a leaf out of Music Magpies book for great products and service .
