I wished I ave read these reviews before purchasing a phone.

I have tried to call them but no answer.
I am a bit disappointed that the mobile Phone I have purchased of them order number ID151257 has still not arrived. (Purchased 6 days ago)

I have called in to ask if I can collect as I live 5 miles down the road but I have been told this is not possible...
Besides That I have offered to pay for a quick 1 day delivery. This was also not possible. I am pretty disappointing with this poor customer service.

If I knew it would take this long, I would not have purchased the phone from Quick Mobile Fix. They should mention the long wait before people purchase.

Reading some of these reviews, I presume they did not have my phone in stock yet. I am now also worried I receive a phone with dodgy battery.

Please Quick Mobile Fix, read these reviews & deliver proper customer service.
