Passport BMW was the 7th dealership I visited in my car search, and the 4th BMW dealership. It was also the first truly enjoyable and positive experience I had while car shopping. Nathan Tibbetts was incredibly kind, patient, and transparent through the whole process. He took the time to walk me through the whole experience, rather than rushing me to make a decision. After my first visit, I knew that no matter what I ended up getting, I wanted to give my business to Passport, and he made it very easy!
