Nana Prempeh was terrific to work with. This was my second car from Passport BMW and I continue to be impressed with the customer service. It s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Understandably operations were slow during the COVID response but Nana kept be up to date on the status of my order. When the BMW plant opened up again Nana gave me an arrival date and it was right on time. I look forward to working with him again
