Overall my experience with Passport BMW was phenomenal. I had been shopping for a 2016 - 4 series. I had been shopping around through the Internet and finally came across the style I wanted. I had called in and began working with Nana who was very kind and such a huge help. I stepped in and he assisted me through the entire process. I ended up getting the exact car I wanted. It was wonderful to have Nana aiding me and making me feel comfortable in buying my car. I am truly grateful for the guidance and making my experience as seamless as possible. I could not be happier with the service I received at Passport BMW!
