Rodney was great to work with and while I didn't get a lot discounted from the asking price, he and the service manager came through in the end and put top of the line new tires on the vehicle and did a full maintenance service. It's been a couple weeks and a BMW genius is coming to my house to personally go over all the features of the vehicle. I would recommend Passport BMW and Rodney Pegram as a sales rep. Great overall experience.
