My experience purchasing my new car from Rodney was stellar! Rodney was great from our very first conversation. The moment I walked in the door he greeted me with a warm smile and a sincere interest in my wants and needs in a new car. I told him that I really wasn't a fan of buying cars and he assured me that this would be an easy process and he was so right. I've purchased cars before and this was by far the easiest and most pleasant. There was never any pressure and I always felt valued. I was in no rush to purchase a car and when the car I originally liked sold, Rodney assured me that we would find a better one and we did. He showed me other options as they became available, and I purchased a car that was perfect for me.

Everyone at Passport was friendly, professional, and always made me feel welcome. I looked at other cars and other dealerships and none came close to the selection and service of Passport BMW or Rodney Pegram. I will be recommending them to my family and friends. Definitely a 5 Star experience! Thank you so much for a great experience.
