After deciding to purchase a BMW X5, we started searching online for a vehicle that had the color combination and features we were looking for. We came across some possible options at Passport BMW and were very impressed by their aggressive pricing. We began working with Nana Prempeh and Tony Pearlman. Both gentlemen were extremely responsive, patient and helpful. We ultimately decided to custom order the vehicle and were pleased with the continuous updates we received from Nana on the process and how quickly the vehicle was ready to pick up. Nana insisted on picking me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership even though it was his day off. He was extremely attentive and wanted to ensure that I had an exceptional experience. I have to say that this was by far the most pleasant, stress free car buying process that I have ever had. No matter where you live, I would highly recommend this dealership and that you work with Nana & Tony if you are interested in a great value and exceptional customer service!
