We were able to get a short notice appointment for a regular service, with a loaner car. We live over an hour away from the dealer, and Passport has always been great about accommodating us when we bring the car in. The service was completed in about 2 hours, and we received a text and phone call when it was completed. The car was returned to us cleaned inside and out. As always, it was a great experience. The only negative was a couple of abrasions on the center console that I figure came from stretching the vacuum hose across the console. I pointed it out to Michael, our service manager, who offered to buff it out, but we didn't have the time to wait. It will be taken care of on the next visit. This is our third vehicle from Passport, and we've always been completely satisfied.
