Wonderful Experience! I wasn't even considering a BMW when I started my search but after visiting a few dealerships and being let down, my friend (who drives a BMW) recommended Passport BMW. He had read about a great sales person named Ian Lawyer and when we asked for him upon arrival, we realized that he had been promoted to Sales Manager. He was extremely helpful and instead of delegating us to another sales person, he spoke to us in his office and did his best to understand what I was looking for in a Lease. Milos was brought in to assist with most of the steps and both of them went above and beyond in terms of service. They were very transparent and communicated clearly what they could provide. I ended up walking out of the dealership with a new car! By far the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had and would fully recommend Passport BMW to anyone!
