I had the pleasure of working with Nana Prempeh from start to end at Passport BMW. I did not know what I wanted and it helped a lot that Nana took the time to explain the features and drivers expectations for each model vehicle that I was looking at. There was not one question that I asked that Nana could not answer and or point me in the right direction. Because of Nana's exceptional customer service and expertise I was very comfortable with giving BMW my business. To me customer service is very important and with Nana I was very comfortable the entire time. I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Nana and I look forward to referring him.
