(Specifically reviewing the service department.) Although my wallet has a huge dent in it, I must admit they are committed to customer satisfaction.

After calling with concerns about a recent repair, they took my concerns seriously and followed through to resolution. Each person I talked to provided their names/contact info without hesitation or attitude, and they called me back when they said they would. When I brought my car in again, Ashley was extremely courteous and explained the issue without making excuses or otherwise deflecting blame.

I think the prices are ridiculously high, but I can't deny that as far as customer service goes, they make paying that much money a pleasurable experience.
