I began working with Nathan two months ago in an effort to purchase a used X5. Nathan ably shepherded me through the process, and I trusted his advice. He was professional, patient, and responsive to my many questions and persnickety concerns. (Admittedly, I am not an easy customer.) Nathan particularly impressed me with his knowledge and care in incorporating my trade-in vehicle with the X5 purchase. Because he is highly conversant with BMW's requirements and "paper work," he did not waste my time, which is important to me. Ultimately, I found and purchased a great vehicle. Without hesitation, I would recommend Nathan to my friends and family.
