I am completely dissatisfied with the service passport BMW I have called and they promised to come to get my vehicle to fix the issues I am having while making me wait and never show up to pick up the car or call. If you want things done please don t count on these people because they really don t care about the customer and their time.

I recently purchased a 2017 X1 from Passport. Being from Delaware, I had a few bad experiences with the local BMW dealerships. So, after much research, I found Passport BMW in Md. What a professional and great company to work with. Especially working with Rahab Elzeney. She really had a lot of patience dealing with me (I'm extremely detail oriented and know what I want when I see it). After showing me (with the help of other employees bringing cars to showroom -
the 2 BMW X3's I was originally interested in)
- a white X3 really caught my eye - had all the bells and whistles that blew me away - Rahab did everything then to accommodate me with my new interest. She even brought another X1 for me to compare with. After all these choices, I finally made a decision and bought the white X1. After my choice, the rest was quite easy. Rahab was even able to get me more for my trade-in! She and her team were extremely patient, professional, and great to work with. I would highly recommend Rahab and Passport for anyone looking for a BMW.
What a great experience buying a car that I absolutely love and was about $3000 less that all other dealerships!!!

This is our third leased vehicle from Passport, but the first time that we have worked with William McGhee. He was GREAT! We knew we wanted another X3 or we were just going to keep our car. William worked his magic and we now have a 2015 X3.

The process was seamless and we appreciate how William provided a hassle-free environment, he was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty, working to our satisfaction. He even called after two weeks to make sure everything was going great and to see if we wanted to come in to get a better understanding of our vehicle! The rest of the Passport Team also provided great customer service and everyone seemed to really enjoy being in their environment.

He is a great Salesman and we would recommend William McGhee and the Passport Team to anyone.

My name is Wayne Dukes. My wife, Sharon, and I sent out some specs on a used Ford Edge we would like to buy, through the AAA auto buying service. Within a few hours I received a call from Jerome Maultsby with info on the car we ended up buying. The snow storm, which hit the mid atlantic March 5th, meant we postponed our visit (80 miles) away by a couple days. From the first call and throughout follow up calls, Jerome did everything he said and was a real gentleman. When we met him at the dealership, he was the consummate professional, and he understood what customers want. He exceeded our every expectation and did so in a genuine and friendly way.
After negotiations, he took us to the business manager, Troia Collins, who was another pleasant surprise. She was young, but very competent, and again, she knew what customers want.
Jerome and Troia were the only two we dealt with, but they represented their dealership in with real class. I compliment the owners and management of Passport BMW because I have found that folks of the caliber of Jerome and Troia are supported from the top, or they move on. I am 67 and consequently been through my share of auto purchases. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.

Recently purchased my second car from Passport - an M5 - after having leased my first from them, and have had nothing but good experiences. Max treats me with the same care I treat my own clients in the small boutique professional services business I own. That goes a long way. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new car.

Today I purchased my first BMW. As a Realtor, I was looking for a bit of luxury. As an energetic gym rat, and all around go getter, I needed something "zippy". BMW gave me the best of both worlds and I am very happy with my decision.

Car buying is something I've always dreaded -- the decisions, "sleazy" salespeople trying to make you like things that you don't, etc; but that was not what I experienced at Passport BMW. We received excellent service from not just our salesperson Cullen Malone, but from each and every person we talked with during our time there; including the young man detailing the cars *doing an excellent job*, the GM, and the Business Manager. I am extremely picky when it comes to customer service, but I immediately knew that THIS was where I wanted to buy my car. Thanks for such a great car buying experience, I would HIGHLY recommend Passport to all my friends, family and clients as it came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint.

This was my first purchase from Passport, but second from Nancy Gundry-Brown. When I walked into Passport about a month ago the woman that came to help looked very familiar. After chatting for minute I realized I'd purchased my first BWM from her in 1998 when she worked for another dealer.

Despite all the years that had passed, Nancy was just as professional and easy to work with now as she was then. She made the entire process incredibly easy and her follow-up after-the-fact has been excellent.

I also dealt with Marco in the finance shop. I'd already been approved for what I thought was a good deal by my insurance company, USAA, and Marco suggested he could do better and he did! So, not only did I get the perfect car, the financing rate was such a great deal it will almost be like free money for the next several years.

I hope not to be in the market for another car for years and will definitely return to Passport and Nancy if a newer BMW is in the cards for me.

Had a great experience at Passport BMW about a week ago buying my new, Pre-owned X5 50i. I personally spoke to the GM and decided to go in on a Tuesday night. I was late and things were a bit rushed. They took all the information they needed and after about 2 days, we were able to strike a deal. I drove home on Thursday in my new ride. William McGhee made the process seamless and I am enjoying my new purchase! I think I'll keep this one as it has EVERYTHING I wanted/need.

My husband bought a car from here on April 30th, 2020 and traded in his old car the same day. They were friendly and kind and worked with us and we got an awesome car. However, the reason I am giving 2 stars is because after we finished our business with them, we wanted to drop off some extra keys for the old car and realized that we had left our EZ Pass in the old car. It's obviously not worth a ton, but we are moving out of state soon and didn't want to deal with the hassle of buying a new one, setting up a new account, etc. More importantly, however, it says a lot to me when a business washes their hands of you as soon as the sale is over.

My husband emailed them (Hassan) on May 5th to ask about picking it up, and then sent another follow up email on May 8th, and again on May 12th (and cc'd Teric, the guy who sold us the car), again to no response. On May 15th we received a request (seemed automated) for a review from Teric and tried to follow up again. We called on May 20th and left a message. Hassan and Teric literally never responded to any of these.

Today, May 27th, we called and called until we got them on the line, and they told us that the car was sold two weeks ago and we should just buy a new EZ Pass. Honestly, I understand that it's not a particularly valuable item, but I've had friendlier and more responsive service from Mr. Tire when I left a pair of sunglasses from Target in my car. So, 2 stars because I think we got a great car and their service was good during the actual sale, but honestly, I prefer supporting businesses I can trust with more than just my money.

Had a great experience leasing my bmw 5 series here. The pricing is extremely competitive and the process was pretty straightforward. Milos was very nice, responsive, and accurate in our interactions which was very important as we drove from PA for the car and surprises would have been a problem.
Overall I d recommend milos and passport to anyone looking for a new or leased vehicle. I hope to be a repeat customer.

I worked with Milos at Passport and could not say enough good things about him and the rest of the team. Despite coming in for a few last minute visits, test driving a number of cars, and repeatedly changing my mind about my preferences, Milos was always patient, professional, friendly, informational, accommodating, and most importantly, never made me feel pressured to decide. Once I did, he also made the process painless and, dare I say, fun. I researched quite a bit and feel that Passport has some of the best prices in the area, and their staff are genuine to match. Update 10/25. I need to add an update and more stars. Anthony who is the sales manager called me and overnighted me an extension for my tags. He admitted the ball was dropped and that no one informed me that without an inspection in Texas the process of getting tags cannot begin. This delayed the process by months. It takes 4-6 weeks once the correct paperwork is submitted to the Texas DMV. I just got the extension via overnight an hour ago. This is the kind of customer service I was hoping for. Just tell me what the status is and call me back. That is all I'm asking. Anthony was very helpful and gave me his personal info.

I bought a car from this dealership from Texas. I paid in cash on August 24th. I am about to lose the ability to drive the car because once the sale is done no one will help me with the title.

I had a great experience through every step of the car buying process. I was well attended to but never felt pressured. After looking at a number of cars on the lot and even taking a car home overnight to test drive I ended up ordering a car with exactly the options and color scheme I wanted. The passport team, and especially Milos, went "above and beyond" to make sure I got the exact car I wanted at a very fair price. He did an amazing job of communicating the status and being responsive to my questions throughout the entire process. It was by far the best car buying experience I've had.

Service was excellent your service tech christen was awesome he provided great service but there was a issue i had a passport bmw of suitland was there were no loaner cars and i have became spoiled with my bmw luxury that the rental that was provided to me was not accommodating i am 6"3 and was force to shrink down into Nissan sentra which was a very uncomfortable but besides that issue everything was A plus even the friendly cashier who took my payment but in future can your guys work on the loaner car ordeal that why i cant give 5 stars

I has a 2010 bmw 750 li xdrive.was purchased at pass sports bmw on 01/08/2014 was 46, 000 miles
On 11/15/2019 at 95,600 miles. They called me up. And told me it s class action lawsuit.
So I m setting up for anpoiment on 11/18/2019
They loaned me a car and they work on my car for 2 weeks and they told me car is ready for pick up. And they are doing very well done. It s so long list for parts .they took the whole engine off the car.
All the repairs is cost total is $12,411. it s doses not costing me any. I m so so appreciative.

Passport BMW gave me the best car buying experience - truly! I knew what BMW car I wanted and the options to go along with it. I researched prices in TrueCar and from other BMW dealers in the area, and had a ballpark price I was willing to pay. The sales team at Passport BMW were willing to deal with me and gave me the most competitive price! Negotiation was easy. They also gave me a fair price on my trade-in. I was surprise at the no hassle deal.

Their sales rep, Brandt Gess is so polite and easy to talk to. He and his manager JC, made my buying experience really "easy." Brandt always followed through, answered my emails and phone calls and made me feel completely at ease.
A few days after purchasing my car, Brandt set me up with a visit from the BMW passport genie. The genie came to my house and showed and taught me how to use the technology and car features. The genie was fantastic. I learned a few shortcuts and tricks from him.
Overall, I am a very satisfied customer. Passport BMW knows how to delight and take care of their clients. I highly recommend them and would certainly buy from them again!

We met with Charles Walker at Passport BMW as we began the process of researching a new SUV.
Charles discussed our options. He was extremely attentive and most importantly did not press us to purchase a vehicle. He answered a series of questions before we even asked them. It took us nearly a month to determine the right vehicle for us. Charles remain responsive through the entire process. What I truly appreciated about Passport BMW was the dedication to polite, professional, customer service. Super friendly. We purchased the car with Charles and then we met with Hassan. He was also just as patient, great conversationalist and again was completely professional. He answered all the questions that we had about financing. Between Charles and Hassan this experience was exceptional. I would come back here for my next vehicle and I would be delighted to work with Charles again.

Milos was great to work with! He was responsive but not pushy, and was patient with us as we worked to find the right car for us (2019 X5) at the right price. Negotiations were very easy and straightforward. I would highly recommend Passport BMW and specifically Milos for anyone in the DMV who is looking for a new car!

The service manager lied! No one charges to remove a tire when the wheel lock has been stolen. I called Rockville and Silver Spring. I also looked online. It's a free service! Yet he said it would cost me 50$. Go elsewhere for service. They are scoundrels and unethical be careful

Niya Dela Torre is my new sales person and WOW!! She was super friendly, a great listener, and communicator. She worked quickly to ensure that I was taken care of and my needs were met. I visited multiple dealerships, this one was the best
Facts-Purchase was made in December
-I had a optional third row which was a unique choice
-all dealerships were in different regions
-used the Costco auto benefit
#1. Every person entered through the door was attended every time irrespective of how they were dressed, accompanied with and looked like.
#2. My contact was Mr. Milos. Everytime it was made sure that how long the wait time will be for every request that was made. Every thing was detailed appropriately irrespective of how basic it was. He made out
#3. The genius helped me was a Veteran. Was not tired of detailing to me. He expressed the feel that he was doing it for the best time now. Don t know I was his 100th customer this season.
#4. The sales manager or finance manager didn t make didn t make the too much talking but kept to the point , brief and clear.
#5. The cars needed based on appointments were ready without any delay. I got to my car in less than 2 mins I got the handshake with Mr Milos for the detailing from genius.
#6. The documents were run perfectly with no complications.
#7. Important of all, very good deal.

They are honest, transparent, and don't play the games that can make purchasing a car a frustrating and challenging experience. My salesmen, Milos Petric, is the best and made the process very easy and pleasant. If you're looking for a no-hassle experience in acquiring a BMW, then I recommend reaching out to Max Manes at Passport BMW. Max is honest and knowledgeable, and works very hard to earn your business. At the same time, the sales managers were also very pleasant to work with (we worked with Robert and Sean), as well as the finance manager Jay. No one was pushy about the sale or any up-sells either. The rest of the staff we interacted with at Passport, from the receptionist to the cashiers to the porters, were all very nice. It literally is what one would expect from a luxury-brand dealership. We are enjoying our new BMW and look forward to working with Passport in the future.

I called Passport BMW to enquire about a vehicle that I fell in love with online, I was very fortunate to get a salesman by the name of Nana, he was extremely helpful, professional, honest, he anticipated my every need. I showed up with the check from my credit union when arrived at the dealership Nana had my "love vehicle" cleaned, gas tank filled with gas, and ready to test drive.... get this.
He also had (2) other vehicles on standby for me to test drive (just incase) Best experience I ever had buying a car. Nana and his finance manager is Amazing!!! wish I could give 10**********s

I just purchased a vehicle from Passport BMW last month. I live 300 miles away but I found the car I was looking for in an online listing and conducted the entire purchase over the phone. My CA was Hung Khuu and he was great. He answered all my questions, sent pictures, drove the car for me, and helped me arrange transport of the car to my house out-of-state. When the car arrived it was exactly as pictured and described. The whole experience was great and super easy.

We purchased a BMW X2 from Rodney Pegram at Passport BMW. Considering I was in Texas and he was in Maryland I was a little skeptical of how the whole process would go. I bought from Passport because I couldn't find a deal that was comparable anywhere near me for the vehicle I was looking for. Rodney guided me through the whole process and answered every single question I had along the way. He even answered his phone on his days off to make sure I was taken care of. I'm pretty sure he had more work to do on this type of deal then if someone who would have came into his showroom but I never felt like I took a back seat to anyone. Rodney went out of his way to make sure this was an awesome experience for me and for my daughter, who will be getting the vehicle for her birthday this weekend. I highly recommend Rodney and he is definitely an asset to Passport BMW.

Many times you walk into a dealership and you already feel the pressure to purchase and all you did at this point was just walk in. However as soon as I walked in I felt the staff cared about everyone and it wasn't just about a sale. I had the opportunity to work with Milos Petric who was able to give me the best deal any of the other dealerships had to offer as well the best option in the vehicle I was looking for. He listened to exactly to what I was saying and looking for. I was extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend everyone to visit this BMW location and to definitely see Milos. I bought a 2019 X3 from this dealership last week and the experience was amazing. I was shopping for a new X3 online and connected to the salesperson Nana P, who was very straightforward and prompt in his response. Since I was out of state, I told him to hold the car for a week so I could fly-in and take delivery of the car. He picked me up from airport, had all the documents ready to go and I was out with the car in less than 2 hours. Special thanks to Nana for the outstanding service and great attitude and Jeff S who did all the finance paperwork explaining everything to my benefit. Not to mention the price I got for the X3 was the best in 300 mile radius.

Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Aarion Browne. He was very flexible with working around my hectic schedule and when I arrived to the dealership he had everything set up and ready to go. He did an excellent job finding me the truck I wanted for the price I wanted. He was very professional and made sure I left the dealership truly happy and satisfied with my purchase. Recently, I bought a new 2019 X5 from the dealer, Passport BMW. The salesman Nathan and the sales manager Marco were very nice and helpful in helping me making an informed decision. The car was shipped to my house by one of their preferred transportation service company. My aunt saw my new car and told me she was thinking to replace her 2013 328iX BMW as well. I told her about my buying experience at Passport BMW and she decided to buy a brand new 2019 330iX BMW from Nathan and Marco a week after I bought mine. Her car will be shipped in a day or two and we are so excited to get it. Despite its an out of state purchases, Nathan and Marco have made everything so convenient for us. I have bought BMWs in the past 20 years from BMW dealers in CA, OH, and KY. Passport BMW is definitely our favorite BMW dealer.

I purchased a 2013 Camry on May 17. Ben Stith was very passionate about selling me the car and he was all helpful. The very next day it started to give a pop noise on slow turns. I contacted Ben Stith from Passport BMW about the issue and he told me to bring the car back to their service. So took the car back to them. I saw Ben and told him about the issue. However, this time seemed not interested at all. They took the car to Passport Toyota which is close by. I waited there about 1.5 hours and them I test drove the car with a technician. He heard the pop sound as well and he told me that they were going to fix it. So, I dropped the car and they gave me a rental car. It has been 9 days since than and they still have the car. I do not know why it is taking them so long and if it is a big deal how this so called professionals could not figure the problem out in the beginning. I do not want to believe that they sold me a car which had major issues.

I recently purchased a 2012 Audi S4 from Passport BMW. I live in Cleveland, Ohio, so obviously this was an out-of-state purchase. Charles Walker was my Client Advisor and he was very prompt in returning my calls and e-mails whenever I needed any information or had any questions. I flew into Reagan Int'l Airport and took an Uber to the dealership. When I arrived, my car was sitting out front with a sold sign that had my name on it (neat little attention to detail) I was in and out of the dealership and on my way home to Cleveland in about an hour. The car was as described/pictured, if not better; the interior is immaculate. This is an amazingly clean S4 with LOW miles considering it is a 2012, hence the reason I was willing to travel from Ohio to purchase the car. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Charles or Passport BMW. Thank you for making this a painless purchase!! Absolutely LOVE my S4!!!

After searching for a new vehicle since December 2...

After searching for a new vehicle since December 2018, back and forth to Passport BMW. I purchased my 2016 BMW X3 in April 2019 customer service was great, paperwork was quick and easy although they lost some of my paperwork and had me to send them a copy of it.. However the vehicle sounds terrible, it very loud even after it has warmed up. When I took it out for a test drive the engine was quiet, now it sounds like the vehicle is racing. I DO NOT LIKE THIS SOUND. The auto start and stop suppose to shut down when vehicle has stopped but it keeps starting back up while stopped. The run flat tires suck.. Rough ride. You can hear all the outside noises. For this to be a BMW this has to be the worst vehicle I ever purchased . NO HAPPY WITH THIS VEHICLE. I traded in my 2011 ACURA MDX for this vehicle thinking I was upgrading.

If you are in the market for a car, please do not hesitate to call Passport BMW! The facility is very clean and modern as well as has a fantastic staff and wide selection of vehicles. My salesman Nathan Tibbets was extremely professional and very very helpful. By far one of the best car buying experiences I had. Nathan was very helpful in finding me a car that suited my style, requirements, and price range. He kept in contact with me over long periods of time updating me on new deals or cars that would be good for me, after I told him I would wait a couple of months. He is a very diligent salesman disclosing all costs and fees to make sure that there are no surprises whatsoever, and he is also very kind helping you to meet your budget. On delivery day, he wasted no time preparing all paperwork for me to sign and showed me my car. The car was detailed and ready to go. While the paperwork was being processed he went over everything I had to know about the vehicle as well as provided some great conversation to fill the time. Overall my experience was 10/10 and I look forward to doing business with Nathan and Passport BMW in the near future.
