My husband and I bought a travel trailer from Optimum many years ago, so we've been part of the "family" for a long while. We recently traded for a Flagstaff Micro Lite and, again, we're so pleased with all departments: from our salesman (Wayne), to Dennis (in the finance office), to Chuck (in Service), and everyone in between. They're a great group of people... You won't be disappointed!
