This has been the worst experience ever. Customer Service is basically nonexistent. No one follows up with you. We have been waiting to pick up our RV for OVER A MONTH! We have paid the the first payment on the RV and we haven't had it for one day. How is this possible? Some work was supposed to be done before we pick up our RV OVER a month ago...they dropped the ball and never started the repair and we couldn't reach anyone for weeks. No one would answer or return phone calls. Their communication is horrible.

My husband needed this RV to live in because he had to return in-person to work and we still needed to social distance because of our small child and elderly parents living with us. Now we still don't have our RV and we are out of THOUSANDS of dollars in hotel expenses. This is a horrible way to conduct business. Sales and service do not communicate. The RV sat there with nothing being done and then we received a call to pick it up and the work still wasn't completed and the person who called had no idea until my husband told him that he finally spoke to someone the day before and the repair had not been done so how could we pick up the RV?! Wow!

This is simply ridiculous and a horrible way to run a business.
