We purchased our RV less than two weeks ago. I will say that Richard Wieczkowski was very patient with us and provided any information we asked about. We didn't go there with the intention of buying from Optimum. After already looking at other RV locations for an idea of what we wanted, I was just ready to stop looking and buy. Richard made the process easy. He never once pressured us at all.
