8/1/15 - I would like to update my previous negative review. I recently received a call from Hoss at Optimum RV. He is the new GM there and responsible for customer relations. He was very concerned about my negative comments and wanted to try to make things right. He has offered some free services and some coupons. I agreed to his offer and am now willing to give Optimum a second chance the next time I need servicing or a repair. Hopefully, I will be able to post a 5 star review in the future...
