I ve been a resident here at Olympus Northpoint in Albuquerque, New Mexico for half a year now and let me start out by saying how great it is to live here. The affordability given the amenities and location are unmatched! With a quick on-off to a major highway, driving anywhere within the city is a breeze. In addition, living in one of the safer areas in Albuquerque that offers quality stores and restaurants nearby is an added bonus!
The amenities here at Olympus are the main feature that has truly solidified an amazing living experience! As an avid golfer, the chipping/putting green is a great way to spend a beautiful sunny afternoon working on my short game (though I wish my short game were better for the work I put in). The pool is another great way to spend some time and given the 300 days of sunshine in Albuquerque, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy it. The area around the pool is always clean and well kept, perfect for taking a nice book out on a Saturday morning and soak in some sun. When I m wanting a quick workout without having to drive to the gym, the exercise facility is more than capable of providing a great workout. I love mixing up my normal routine with one of the on-demand video classes in the aerobic area of the facility, easily classifying this as a top-tier apartment workout studios. In addition, they have a rowing machine, smith machine, free weights and a pull-up bar, ideal for any kind of workout you could imagine. However, nothing compares to having a nice, quiet jacuzzi to come back to after a long day. It has been a great way to unwind and the other residents I ve met there have been nothing but friendly!
Although I give a lot of credit to the wonderful amenities, I also would like to give a special shoutout to the amazing Olympus team. From the front desk, to the maintenance workers, they have provided a level of customer service that has exceeded my expectations. In particular, Susan has been extremely helpful whenever we have questions about payments, the online portal, or any other questions we ve had. In addition, having our service requests completed has been nothing short of amazing. We ve placed numerous service orders in the past half-year for various things and it s taken the team less than 24 hours to complete each one. I am beyond thankful to how timely and efficient the team has responded.
If you re looking for a place to live, look no further. Olympus brings a whole new level of luxurious apartment living at an affordable price and boasts a welcoming environment fit for any busy lifestyle!

My complex was recently purchased by Olympus and I'm happy to say that I've had all great experiences thus far. The staff has been very helpful and kind and I look forward to seeing what they have to offer

Current 3 year tenant, the place used to be great until Olympus took over. Since then everything has gone down hill. My lease renewal went up $1,000 per month. Not $1,000 total, but a $1,000 increase monthly over my previous rate. When I went to the office to have my concerns addressed the lady said there was nothing she can do. I asked to speak to her manager and she replied she s not here but I can give you her contact number but she is just going to call me and tell me to take care of it, and I m just going to tell you the same thing

Completely unprofessional. I called corporate to voice my concerns the person said I would get a call back..... still waiting.....

We have been residents of Olympus Hillwood in Murfreesboro, Tennessee for almost five years. From Maintenance to the Office Team, everyone has become family! We are moving into a home at the end of lease. But will always recommend this company!! By far the Best!! XoXo The Cobbs

I have lived at Olympus Hillwood for about 6 months and so far so good. From my first visit to applying and move in everyone has been extremely kind and helpful. Holly in the office has been amazing! She's been very helpful and is always available. As a newly divorced single mom, I was starting over and embarking on a new chapter in my life and the ladies in the office made it a smooth transition from start to finish. Even after moving in, they continue to be helpful making sure everything was going good. I received follow up calls and emails to make sure I was adjusting well and that everything was working properly in my apartment. The community is quiet, I can't hear my neighbors!! Anyone who has lived in apartments knows how paper thin the walls can be. The community is always having gathering , it gives you a real sense of community. We love the movie night, the ladies from the office were at the front gate with donuts for breakfast, and several other events. The pool and gym are very convenient and always clean. I think I truly made the right decision in choosing Olympus Hillwood.

Excellent (and I mean excellent) staff. Very prompt, friendly, caring, and responsive group of ladies! Complex is very safe, clean, beautiful, and located in one of THE MOST convenient locations for those who like to go to bars, cafes, shopping, and restaurants without needing to drive! Apartment itself is newly renovated, very spacious, great layout, and VERY clean. Pool was also recently renovated (this month) and is absolutely beautiful!

I live at Olympus Midtown in Nashville and LOVE it! Elise made it feel like the place for me as soon as I walked in. It s beyond pet friendly which is great for my dog and I.

Well I live in the Davis apartments in Ft. Worth and I have been there since Aug of 2016. Overall I would say this is a 5 star property. There are some agents I don t like and are not that nice in my opinion but I am sure that s everywhere. However Jensen is one of the best leasing agents I have ever met. Very helpful always willing to help and remembers your name and makes you feel part of a family. Great property and great amenities but price is pretty high but over all worth it if you can budget for it. If you work in dallas or Fort Worth and want to be in the center of it all this is a great place to look.

We loved living in a Olympus property and sucks that the management has recently changed to other company. Staffs were very friendly and responsive, and they are definitely priced fairly. Keep up the good work!!

Beautiful property with beautiful people! Olympus Property coming from OK - Somerset Park at Union. Very professional staff and super helpful maintenance staff. My husband and I always recommend this apartment complex due to the staff.

I live at the Olympus Town Center in Keller, TX. This is my first apartment experience in several years, as I still have a house in Keller that I am selling. I'll have to say living here has been very convenient, easy, and fun! I love the socials that Cameron and Amy organize, and they are always so friendly. It's also great to see people walking around and meeting new people at the socials. The remodeled gym is very keen and measures up to my regular gym at the Keller Pointe. it's super fun and quick to get a short workout just steps from your door. Also like the well-maintained pool open year round for a bit of sunny relaxation! The real unique feature of living at Olympus Town Center is that you can walk 5 minutes and be at all the stores: grocery, restaurants, and bars - kind of like city living. Not many apartments like that in DFW! Thank you Olympus, for a fulfilling experience!

I've made Tradewinds at Willowbrook my HOME SWEET HOME. The staff has gone thru some changes and challenges but all in all the community and concerned neighbors have made this complex welcoming!!

What I love about this property is how attentive the staff is. Thus far this has been one of the best experiences Ive had living in a complex. This is my first home in Texas and I sure dont regret moving to olympus auburn lakes! The moment theyve stepped in and start taking charge the property has been well kept and maintained. The two pool areas are to die for! Such a great place for relaxing and entertainment ! From the outdoor kitchen to the cozy courtyard fire place! The gym is fully equipped with all the equipment you need! Including towels and bottled WATER!! Theres a little bit of something for everyone. Even your pet has a wonderful area to play and relax near the beautiful lake Living on the third floor is a bit of a challege but the beautiful interior and the views make is allllll worth while!! I look forward to coming home to this beautiful calming property everyday! #MYOLYMPUSSTORY

My favorite reasons for living at Olympus would be the comfortable home life that the apartments offer with current interior design standards and high quality of building construction. I am also impressed with the open hospitality given by Olympus management. Their social event planning and frequent communication of upcoming activities has made home life here safe and enjoyable. In addition, the management here is very accountable and responsive to my requests as a tenant.

The Mosaic Dallas, under Olympus Property Management, is the worst apartment I've ever experienced. The apartment unit itself is OK (other than blinds being damaged, dishwasher falling out of the wall, toilet leaking, skin faucet being broken, etc). The overall facilities are OK (other than the main lobby elevators being broken for 2+ months). But the absolute worst part of this apartment complex are the people who work there. They have absolutely no customer service/service recovery - even when they lose your package! There are "never any managers on site". They have no power to make any decisions, and they also don't seem to ever track anything (i.e. packages, noise complaints, emails (how?!?!), etc). Save your money and move literally anywhere else. P.S. The move in experience was even worse!

Every Thanksgiving season I reflect on what I am thankful for in my life. This year I added living at Olympus Woodbridge to the things I am most thankful for. This is such a wonderful place to call home. Both my husband and I feel so fortunate to be a part of this luxurious community.

Eighteen months ago my husband toured Olympus Woodbridge on his lunch break. He was so impressed with the complex and the enthusiasm of the leasing agent that he brought me back a few hours later, knowing I would love it as much as he did. I knew the instant I saw the open floor plan with wood floors, high ceilings, granite countertops, and a private patio that I would love to call this place my home.

It would be two months before our unit would become available. During that time we made several trips back to Olympus Woodbridge to 'show-off' our new community to our kids, siblings, and friends. Each time we walked through the front door we were greeted with the same smiles and enthusiasm as we were on our first visit. This place was already beginning to feel like home.

Our townhome has all of the amenities our previous single family home had. We recently moved from a three bedroom unit to a spacious four bedroom unit with huge walk-in closets, three full baths with large tubs/showers and granite countertops. We also enjoy the other amenities such as our open living/dining/kitchen with a nice walk-in pantry, and two car garage with extra space for storage. What we don't have anymore is the 3.5 hours of yard work on the weekends, or the hassle of home repairs and upkeep.

The property manager and staff are amazing. Each one is here to help in anyway they can. They send weekly emails reminding us of upcoming events or when we have parcels to pick up. We also have an incredible maintenance staff; Efrain and Miguel go well beyond what is expected. We have always been very pleased with their quick response time, performance, efficiency, and kindness.

My husband and I love living here. We enjoy taking our dogs to the dog park, taking our grandkids (and kids) swimming, grilling, working out in the gym or visiting with family or friends on the balcony. Every guest has been amazed and complimentary of our place. Olympus Woodbridge has everything we need, and we are thankful for them.

So happy in my new space at Vistara, peaceful, calming, serene and the perfect place to call home.

I have lived at the Willow Park complex for over a year and prior to that many other complexes in the DFW area. The staff at Willow Park is hands down the best group of any complex I have lived. They are all very friendly, professional and really get to know you as a person.

The story that I want to share is about "Doug". He is the best asset you have at this property! Before I met him, I already felt like I knew him. As I get in my car every morning with my head spinning of goals and objectives I must accomplish for the day and drive past the front office to see Doug smiling and waving to me. That wave from him reminds me yes, work is important but what is really import are the connections we have with people around us.

Doug has changed my life. Now, I get in the car and don't think about work but look forward to seeing him smile and wave! We need more people like Doug in this world!

We have lived at the Legends At White Oak in Ooltewah TN for 3 years now. From the beginning, everyone here has been professional and genuinly polite! The paper work process went really smoothly. Maintenance is always prompt and very polite! The ladies that work the front office are sweet and were very helpful when I had a billing issue and helped to resolve matters quickly. The apartments are gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful. The salt water pool is very lovely. The gym is well equiped. We have had 2 parties in the clubhouse and the staff was very accomodating. The location is great, especially for us as we are minutes from work. You have an Aldi, Walmart, Walgreens, Food City within walking distance. And then there is Cambridge Square across the street where you can have a meal ranging from casual to fancy. I have felt quite safe walking my dog at night here too. You are an 8 minute drive to a wonderful park-Imagination Station-where kids can play or you can walk or ride bikes all the way up to the SDA campus. On Sundays there is a farmers market there too. Ive visited other apartments in Chattanooga and the Legends is by far the nicest place.

I have done research after research and it comes back to this one! Its not just about a modern apartment with a great view.
Some main factors that separated from the competition;

-Maintenance crew is efficient
-Safe location (garage too)
-Near 75, Down/Uptown/lower Greenville/Deep ellum
-Neighbors are friendly and social
So if your looking for a new apartment in Dallas consider this the one!

From the time my wife and I moved into our apartment 6 months ago, we've felt blessed by the staff at Olympus. Our 2nd week living there we decided to get a puppy. Cameron, the assistant property manager, was so excited for us and told us he was currently raising a puppy as well. After a short conversation about our dogs, we left feeling like we made a friend. That is how the entire staff treats everybody and it makes living there a joy. Any problem we've had, they've fixed the same day whether it be a maintenance problem or something else. It is very obvious the staff's goal is to serve their residence as best they can. I have been living at Cactus 42 for a little over 3 years and it sure is more than just an apartment building, it is a great community and home. As someone who has lived in 4 different states and 8 different apartment complexes in the past 10 years, there is a reason I have been here for 3 years, it feels like home. It is a great location, building that is always kept clean, safe & comfortable. Every morning having Steve & Terry in the maintenance department opening up the lobby so a few of us can get our morning coffee to kick start our days (of course making fun of each others favorite football team s blunders in the previous game). Paired up nicely with the ladies in the office who put out cookies, candies and cakes in the afternoon for that much needed sugar rush to finish out the day. Any request or need is taken care of right away and most importantly with a smile. I love living here and I don't think I could find a better place to call home.

Hello guys. We arrived in early September around here and have enjoyed it very much. Location well located, close to 3 malls, schools and beach. I recommend.

We have lived here for 2 years next year and we love it. Megan was very helpful when we moved in and made the process easy. Anytime we have an issue it s resolved right away. We never had to wait long for maintence to come and fix anything. I love how they recently added valet trash pick up at our door 5 days a week. The apartment complex is well kept up and it is quiet as well. It s a nice area and we haven t had any problems.

I've been a resident at Union at Carrollton for a year now and happily just renewed my lease! For me, the standout is the staff (Calvin, Geoffrey, Melanie and Wayne)! They are all so extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The maintenance staff completes service requests quicker than I expect consistently- Brandon is so awesome! And everyone loves on my dog Nola too :-) I've lived in the DFW area for the past 12 years and Union at Carrollton is by far the best property I've called home!

If I could give another half-star I would. Olympus Las Colinas had a noticeable change once new management came in. No community is perfect, but this is pretty close. The staff is always helpful and in good spirits when you consider how many residents they are working with. The property has gone under some subtle, yet still noticeable changes for the better. Nice place to call home!

My wife and I chose Olympus Los Colinas because it offers a great view
on Lake Carolyn with plenty of walking paths to walk dogs, with easy access to Trinity River trails. We also like the convenience of garage parking. The office staff treat us more like famity than tenants and have been very responsive to any repair needs. They work hard to organize apartment community events that encourages community life.

I have lived here for a total of 2.5 years (moved away and came back because i liked it so much) and its been great. Jake in the front office has gone above and beyond for me multiple times. From helping me figure out who hit my car, to when I lost my job and was terrified I would have to move and didn't know what to do next. He has been an all-star. The complex is kept up and the maintenance crew is always on top of things.

I have lived here about 2.5 yrs and love it. Ana the assistant manager is great and friendly as well as her staff. I had a problem or two and was handled quickly. My favorite perk living here is food truck friday and the mornings they handout breakfastas you leave for work or whatever. Im new to this side of town and I feel right at home here. Just a great place to be. I plan on being here until I find a house.

The office staff are nice and the property is very well maintained.

Recently, my wife and I had the pleasure of moving into the Olympus on West 7th Property. The process leading up to our arrival was wonderful and seamless.

It all began with the unforgettable initial tour with the now promoted Sarah. This experience was built upon by the care and professionalism provided by Cameron and Aubrey during the pre-move administrative tasks. Finally, the process was completed by Hannah, with her superb customer service on the day of the move.

This community has it all. From the attentive and responsive staff, excellent weekly group activities, and a neighborhood visual aesthetic that rivals the finest chateaus of Europe, Olympus on West 7th truly is the bee s knees.

An asset that truly deserves to be highlighted is the entrance and exit gates to the community. I know, it sounds silly but hear me out. The gates are crucial to apartment life. They provide the complex tangible benefits such as security, proper traffic management, and it brings a professional esteem to the establishment. Plus, as a resident, you get a cool little button to push every morning and every evening. And who doesn t like buttons to push.

Most people do not consider the impact that these gates have on day-to-day activities, but image if one, or heaven forbid, both of those gates are malfunctioning; what is an individual to do? You would either be trapped on the inside, a prisoner of foolish design. Or you would be stuck on the outside, looking in upon what you desire most after a long day of adventures.
What makes these gates so special is that they work. In our previous apartment complexes there were three absolutes: Death, Taxes, and Broken Gates. It cannot be overstated how important reliable and working gates are to an apartment community. The design of the gates is really what sets them apart from the competition. The Olympus on West 7th employs sliding palisades on metal tracks. This, in contrast to the inferior swing-arm or lift-gate designs often seen at less than outstanding residencies. Overall, the sliding design is beautiful in its simplicity.

The Gate is a constant in life. Good day, bad day, rainy day, and even Sunday. The Gate never takes holidays, sick days, or personal days. The Gate is always there for you and never asks for anything in return. The Gate is there to greet you in the morning with its pleasant screeching, singing the song of its people. And The Gate is there with its familiar satisfying hum as it glides back into place as it closes for the night. Although overlooked by most, this Gate never fails to make MY day.

Of course, in addition to the superior and excellent entryway, the Olympus on West 7th has ALL the amenities you would expect at a premier residence but is truly a master class with its unparalleled staff, community aesthetics, and most importantly it feels like Home.

Again management is the worst at Olympus at Ross. I moved out after living there for 2 years and they are charging for the carpet to be buffed (not real sure what that is)? They said it was laying down too much. Really! Please don't walk or we will charge YOU. I had no stains or any pets! They really know how to make people very unhappy. It is sad because the place looks nice but the management is bring it down.

I moved to this property with my family. We care about the environment and the neighbors more than anything. Westchase forest has the best environment and great and caring neighbors. The only reason I leave this property is moving to another City.

I sold my home and came to live here in Olympus woodbridge luxury apartment ,I enjoy living here ,environment very clean good neighborhood, good service with friendly people ,makes feel like a vacation home

My wife and I moved into Olympus Corsair on Aero Dr in San Diego almost 1 year ago and have signed our lease for another year because we have had such a wonderful experience. Since day one Adam, George and Sonya ( We are sad Sonya is no longer with Olympus) were extremely helpful in assisting us in the move in process since we had to move a hundred miles away in a very short amount of time and had to do a lot of it via email and over the telephone. When we first moved in we felt there was a little bit of a security issue and the staff worked quickly to address and implement new security operating procedures that have been very effective. The staff continues impress us with their cheerful demeanor and willingness to help with anything we ask. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained with cabanas fully furnished including TV s in each one! There are plenty of areas to BBQ and the staff cleans and maintains them daily. There is a golf simulator that is a great way to relax and unwind and the room it is in is setup well for entertaining if your significant others aren t the golf type. I can t express how great and helpful the staff is and there is always plenty of parking in the structure and my wife and I couldn t have gotten any luckier by finding this place. If your looking for a luxury complex with friendly staff , pet friendly and lovely amenities than this is the place for you.

Kenwood Club at the Park has been a great place to live for several reasons.

First, it is a 7 minute bike ride to my 90 yo mother. Since we moved to TX to care for her, it was important to live close to her senior complex. She feels confident that we are never far away from assisting her.

Second, fitness is important to me. The pool and fitness center are clean & functional. But the added bonus is the sand volleyball court. Every Sunday, weather permitting, my friends come & play for an hour or so. I love the fact that I can extend hospitality to a number of friends in this way.

Third, the office staff is friendly & try to accommodate all of your requests. Lucy, Mercedes & Ingrid and Osmun the other maintenance crew are hard workers.

We are especially thankful that we did not experience any flooding during the Harvey hurricane.

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and we couldn't be happier! The staff is amazing to work with and are incredibly prompt with any of our needs. No matter what our request, whether it be a problem with a door or replacing a light bulb, they always complete our requests within 24 hours. AMAZING! Additional benefits we love; granite countertops, beautiful pool and grill area, extra long garage (fits our home gym plus my SUV), plus phenomenal appliances (including a washer and dryer)!

I moved into the Vive apartments in Chandler, AZ just recently. The apartment was all ready on the day I was scheduled to take possession. It looked like it had been professionally cleaned and it had just been painted. I was so worried that I was going to end up with an apartment that looks nothing like the model I viewed. I have made a few minor maintenance requests and all of them have been completed within a few hours. The staff is awesome! Alyssa has really gone out of her way to help me several times. This is not one of those places that forgets about you after you have signed the lease and moved in. I feel fortunate to live at the Vive apartments. So far, I plan to live here for a long time.

We ve been living in Suburbia, Texas for the last 11.5 years, traveling to Fort Worth s West 7th area for our favorite restaurants and bars, whether for fun or business dinners. Our story starts in late 1998 when my wife was hit in the forehead by a hockey puck at a Phoenix Coyotes game while living in Arizona. During a CT scan, the doctors found a very small tumor that Kerry had removed in May of 99. What we didn t expect was their initial prognosis of only three months to live! We thank God that the doctor was wrong, however the tumor removal had left her with very little peripheral vision, making driving (safely) impossible. So living in the suburbs left her somewhat home bound.

Fast forward 18 years and nearing our 26th wedding anniversary, we decided to have our mid-life crisis together, sell our Mansfield home and move to 7th Street. Rather than jumping right into buying something, we wanted to test the waters by renting and fell in love with Olympus 7th Street Station as it isn t a concrete jungle like so many complexes in the area. Even our miniature schnauzer enjoys walks on the property and playing in the dog park.

Now we can walk to great restaurants, bars, shops and museums in minutes. Kate and the rest of the staff have welcomed us with open arms and have been more than helpful. Olympus has helped make the transition to our newest adventure both achievable and enjoyable, and we are looking forward to making new friends and memories.

Olympus at 7th street station: It's walking distance to everything I need. When it comes to this property: location, location, location.

It was okay for the first couple of months. We had a great view of the lake and nice neighbors. Over time, I started to notice a number of spiders present inside of the apartment. They do have pest control every few months or so but it did not seem to help. People do not pick up behind their dogs and the ducks in the lake use the bathroom everywhere, it was really gross. About 6 months in, we started have issues with parking. The parking lot would sometimes be full by 7pm which sucks because I work late some days. The guys who do the maintenance are awesome but be aware of the staff in the leasing office. I would not speak to anyone outside of Dani, the office manager, because the other ones aren't up to date on policies and will literally tell you whatever. I did not choose to renew my lease after my year.

My experience at Olympus was spectacular! The first time I walked in to the office, I met Jessica. Jessica had a big smile on her face and although it was freezing outside, she was eager to show me their apartments. A few minutes later, I met Destin. The club house was under construction and she couldn t wait to show me through great detail, what it was going to look like once it was completed. Her enthusiasm was contagious and the club house is GORGEOUS!

The day I moved in, I got to throw a dart at a balloon and won a Keurig. I never win anything so I immediately felt like I was in the right place. Once I settled in, I began to notice that things were constantly changing. Good Earth was hired to do the landscaping. The pool was completely redone and they threw several parties for the residents to get to know one another. Speaking of residents, I made some good friends! Friends I stay in touch with today.

What surprised me the most was how quiet the place was and how SAFE I felt at all times. The maintenance crew is amazing. The few times I needed maintenance, they were there the same day and my issue was resolved the immediately.

I ve been a property manager for Class A Office Buildings for 35 years. I know good management when I see it. I would recommend Olympus to anyone looking for a safe, upscale, friendly living experience at a great price.

I have lived at the promenade jersey village apartments for 2 almost 3 years and the manager now ivonka dakor is so helpful and understanding. When I was going through my treatment for breast cancer last year I wasn't able to work full time and so I needed assistance to help pay my rent and she was very empathetic to my situation and helped me with some places that could give me assistance for rent as well as other needs. She always makes time to talk to me about any situation I may have going on in my unit to make sure it gets corrected in a timely manner. She has went above and beyond to keep me as a resident here and work through my tough situations I have had with rent during my illness. She demonstrates what management should be in all aspects of that field at any location or situation. Thank you ivonka I truly appreciate you for all you do and did for me and my family. Olympus Property is the embodiment of a WORK FAMILY. I have felt so at home with Olympus since beginning with this company in 2015 (almost 5 years!) They care about their employees' success, they care about their residents well-being, and they go above and beyond daily to ensure this is known through and through. I definitely lucked out crossing paths with Olympus and have been #OLYMPUSPROUD ever since.

Olympus Fenwick is a wonderful place to call home! The community is quiet, peaceful, serene, the grounds kept very clean and the staff is remarkable. The amenities are great (access to the pools, clubhouse equipped with computers, entertainment/game room, full kitchen, Starbucks expresso machine, package delivery center, car care centers, playgrounds for children, 24-7 access to the fitness center and resident activities and parties. Olympus has everything that I look for in a home and I love to call this my home; not to mention my 9 year old son loves it as well!! The prices are very reasonable considering the location, amenities and the upgrades. If you choose Olympus Fenwick as your home, I'm sure you would love it too!!!

I reside in The Hawthorne Apartments and have been here now over a year! My family and I love it. The community is quiet and stays clean and pristine. I love how my apartment holds small community functions to get to know your neighbor. They are bringing back food truck Thursdays and I couldn't be happier.The staff also does a really good job at keeping you "in the know" of what's happening in our local area and making sure you're taken care of. I have been living at Sycamore Farms, Oklahoma City since December, 2012. Obviously I love living here since it's been 5 years. This was the first time I've lived in an apartment complex in over 40 years so it took some adjustment but Lori Reese, leasing agent made my adjustments so much better. New to noises and loud neighbors but she handled it like a pro. I even moved from a 2 bedroom to one bedroom rather than leaving here. The staff has changed just about every year except for Lori and not sure if she left if it would be quite the same. I love the landscaping & walking trails, having get togethers and contests so you can know your neighbors. Maintenance has always been great and friendly & handles any issue you might have to encounter. I have felt very comfortable living here and would recommend to anyone. Of course there are those that are never happy with anything, but that does not deter me from the great experience living here.

It is refreshing to know that a property like Wimberly at Deerwood managed by Olympus Property exists. My husband and I moved to Wimberly February 2018. The management is superb and the property is well maintained. I love that they offer events throughout the month for residents. Very pet friendly. Beautiful property. #MYOLYMPUSSTORY

I have been a resident of Olympus Northpoint in Albuquerque, NM since April of 2019. I moved from Houston, Texas and after looking at a lot of other apartment complexes, decided Olympus was the best fit for me. The leasing office was very responsive and scheduling a tour was a breeze. Once I toured the complex, I was pleasantly surprised by how well kept the grounds were and by the multitude of amenities that I did not find anywhere else in Albuquerque. The common areas include pool/jacuzzi, dog run, putting/chipping green, grills, firepits, a gym and a space in the front office that can be rented for events. I have enjoyed all the amenities but my favorite has to be relaxing by the pool during a warm summer day.

Furthermore, the apartment itself has very modern and up-to-date designs and finishings making it a beautiful space to live in and enjoy. In addition, the location is great because it is in a safe, gated area close to retail shops and right off of the freeway. Not to mention, a coveted spot perfect for the Balloon Fiesta. On the morning of the mass ascension, I woke up, put on a pot of coffee, made breakfast for my boyfriend and I, and we enjoyed watching the balloons go up from the comfort of our private balcony. Talk about luxury! This is especially true if you ve ever had to fight the balloon fiesta traffic which can take as long as 1 hour to sit in traffic and get to the main gate!

As you can see, this is truly a wonderful community that makes everyone feel welcome and included, and I m happy to call Olympus Northpoint my home.

I have lived at the Redstone at Santan Village for 3 years. I have struggled to find a place that I can truly call home, but upon my first visit to this complex, I knew that I found it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are amazing! The pool and surrounding lounge area are the perfect place to relax in the summer. The gym is vast and offers a wide variety of equipment; a place that I frequent on a regular basis.

However, what really sets this property aside is the staff. They are attentive and quick to respond to any issues. My most memorable interaction with the staff is with Assistant Manager Lynn Sorayama. I had an issue with submitting a payment and did not immediately notice that it did not go through. I contacted the office to rectify the situation and Ms. Sorayama was quick to respond and alleviate my concerns. Not only was my payment issue resolved, but she went above and beyond even refunding any fees that had accrued during that time.
I highly recommend Redstone as the perfect place to live. Spacious room, awesome amenities, and fast, friendly, and attentive staff. A great place to call home!

I moved into the Ranch at Shadowlake, an Olympus Property in Houston, on March 1, 2017. My best friend lives here so I knew what to expect. The grounds are beautiful! The meandering paths through the complex are a balm to the soul. The pools are resort style and sparkling clean most of the time. The only times the pool is dirty is after a storm or a giant pool party and its cleaned up within 12 hours. The landscaping is impressive, both around the pools and the grounds in general. The guys who do the maintenance are fantastic, kind, helpful, and NEVER STOP WORKING. The staff immediately became my new friends. Every person in the office greets me with a smile. I am in the office often as I get most things delivered and the office staff never fails to help me out with anything I may need. Will and Cindy are the incredible office crew who can solve ANY problem in a matter of minutes and are always willing to share a laugh.
The Ranch is my quiet and peaceful home. I sit out on my patio often and just listen to the birds and share greetings with my very friendly neighbors. If you're looking for a party, the pool is jumping on the weekends but the music and noise is respectfully turned off at 10pm. I have never felt unsafe and I walk and run with my dog multiple times throughout the day and night. There's an HPD officer who lives above me, and another who lives in the next building over, and that definitely helps with my feeling of safety.
If you're on the fence about moving in here, take the plunge! It's an awesome place to live. Oh man, can't forget the darling baby ducklings in the little lake that I get to squeal over on my walks! What else can I say, it's a great place to come home to. :)

Olympus Woodbridge Property in Sachse TX became a safe haven and place of peace while going through an ugly divorce. My daughters and I moved here a year ago in search of a peaceful and safe place to live. Many days and nights of beautiful views, welcoming staff and hosted events comforted us. I was able to see my daughters play and make friends here. My favorite amenities included the gym and my 4th floor patio overlooking the courtyard and pool. Both places I could focus on me, healing and enjoying my peace. The staff, Mandy, Efran, Miguel and Charlie have always looked after us as I'm sure they do to all, but making us feel like a part of a family and truly care. I've signed my second lease, enjoying my new life with my happy daughters! This is home!

Ever since I moved into my apartment at Union At Carrollton Square I've been pleased with every aspect of my living experience. The management is always friendly and willing to help with any issues I've had, especially Wayne in the front office, he let me use his personal phone when I found myself in a minor emergency without my phone. In addition to the management, the maintenance crew has proven to be very quick and effective with their repairs. Also, the construction of the complex is far better than any other that I have lived in up to this point. Overall, I am very relieved to have found an apartment complex that has what I would consider to be great management while allowing me to live in an apartment that I am happy to call my home. I certainly recommend living at the Union at Carrollton Square Apartments.

I LOVE living at my Olympus Property Community Luxury Apartment and Condos in Keller, Texas, because it feels like HOME, and I feel appreciated by this amazing group of professionals. The management, Amy and Jenn, the maintenance staff, Ryan and Adrian is what makes this the BEST Olympus Property! Great neighbors, beautiful maintained property, great area, safe. I love it here!

I love living at Elevation Chandler. It is a great community and the office staff are always nice and welcoming! There is a community event every month that gives residents a chance to mingle with neighbors, and the neighbors are just as friendly! The grounds are always clean, and super dog friendly. I'm thrilled to live in such beautiful and inviting property!

After the disaster fire and flooding of our apartment and having to find a temporary place to stay we had little hope in receiving much assistance since it was our fault, but Lisa came through for us in a VERY BIG way! Not only did she treat us with compassion and understanding, she transfered us to another unit right away without changing our lease or rent amount. I also found out that they will be adding shade in the dog park before next summer; an issue I raised a while back.

It is hard to say just one thing that stands out. The staff at Legends are all so nice and helpful. Tosha is a super great manager who does everything to make sure the property is taken care of and the needs of the residents are expedited in a timely and professional manner.

This is my third month living in an Olympus Luxury Property at The Mandalay in Houston Texas. This is the best Apartments I have ever lived in my life. When I need maintenance they come to my apartment immediately. The view of all angles makes me feel like I'm on a vacation. I never want to leave my house. My neighbors are friendly and peaceful.This is the perfect place to live at and would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy a wonderful home

My girlfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and loved every minute of it. We were looking for something that would be close to her workplace, and Olympus Midtown in Nashville turned out to be the most convenient option available to us. Elise and her crew were always super amazing and hospitable to us when they were here and the new staff have been picking up right where they left off. I would definitely recommend Olympus properties to anyone!

I live in 6000 W Rayford Spring TX property.

I m living in this Apartment since 2 years and I never had any issues with the property management or maintenance. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is super responsive. The new management is now Olympus property and I don t see any difference everything is same as before and good response from the team.

I like Gym very much it was a high rise at least 20 ft sealing and it is amazing. They have separate one for Yoga. Leasing office is very big with lot of open space we can surf internet 24/7 and have access at any time. Separate room for meetings with closed super wooden door and it is not reserved we can use at any time.

All major shops are just 3 miles from this location.

And lastly I would say here we have 2 swimming pools I dint saw in any apartment in the Woodlands area. And Elementary school is just beside the apartment 1000 ft.

Manager Cyndi and Daniel are excellent staff very patience.

YES! I AM ONE OF THOSE PPL WHO READ THE REVIEWS BEFOREHAND! So, if you wanted a TRUE prospective, this is the review you wanted...

Me and my family relocated from AZ 6 months ago. We flew in May to check the area out (Daybreak) and loved what we saw. Before we left, we saw these really nice condos/apts and popped in to get info. Kellie (who will be mentioned ALOT during this review :) met us warmly and gave us answers to EVERY question we asked.

I was honest with her and let her know that I had read reviews that weren't "the nicest", and that my woman has pretty high standards. Kellie reassured us that since our unit wasnt available in May to show, but by the time we moved here in June that we would be good to go!

No lie, EVERYTHING she said, she made good on :) I was impressed. She definitely went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The units are beautiful, well spaced, and WELL INSULATED (I mention this because it's currently about 6 in. of snow EVERYWHERE, and the unit feels like "home"). Is every unit picture perfect in any complex? I'm sure not... however, every work order I've given to Kellie, I never have to worry about. Takes a day or so, and I have an email with the fix. Very easy to deal with!

I really could go on but, not being to personal, even with me having an issue with my job changing and having trouble otherwise, the staff showed empathy and WORKED as hard as possible to assist me. Couldn't say better things about the help! (Jessica also deserves a mention! Outstanding manager!)

Overall, if you're looking for a place in the Daybreak area that's quiet, centrally located, and QUIET :), dont second guess it. This is the place! (No Pun Intended)

I have been at Anatole apartments in Midland, TX for almost a year now. Prior to having Olympus Property take over management of Anatole, I was pretty let down. As soon as Amber with Olympus became the property manager, she made great changes and was so friendly and helpful. She was able to accommodate my needs on an issue that I was unable to solve with the other management. I would sincerely recommend Anatole to those that I know since the management change. The apartments are great and the grounds are well cared for.

Recently I moved into the location off Point Meadows Drive. My mother had become aware of it through the nearby hotel where she was staying. Katalina Guenther met with my mother before meeting with both of us. We toured the very nice, spacious apartment. Katalina just did a wonderful job. My mother and I were very pleased with the professionalism of the process for signing the lease agreement. Now, I'm just learning to explore all of the amenities that Hawthorne has to offer.

I have nothing but positive things to say about living at Olympus midtown in Nashville TN! The staff, including Elise and Emily, are absolutely amazing. They really make sure that all of your needs are met! On top of that, they provide the community with fun ways to get to know your neighbors such as paint nite! There is always something fun going on and I have been able to meet a majority of the community thru the events that Elise and Emily create! Also - I need to give a huge shout out to the maintenance team. Whenever there is something wrong whether it be big or small, the maintenance team is on it as soon as you send in a request THAT DAY! I have never had a team so consistent and caring as them! The courtyard also had a change during the Summer and let me just tell you, it is looking AMAZING! Needless to say, living at Olympus midtown has made my move from Boston so much easier!! Thank you ! :)

I have lived at Kenwood Club at the Park for two years. During those two years the employee that I've been most impressed with is Marco.

Marco is in charge of taking care of the trash receptacles. His job is a thankless one. It is equal to being a free safety in football. No one notices the free safety, that is until the opposing team completes a touchdown pass over his head.

I have watched numerous residents pile up their damaged appliances, furniture and trashed personal belongings outside the main dumpster. Yet, without fanfare and without complaint, Marco quietly goes about his business and he makes sure the area around the dumpster is clear and safe for the rest of us.

On October 17, I was leaving for the store. I watched with amazement and my own eyes as Marco personally lifted a worn out couch into the dumpster. I wanted to go help him. However, I have learned over the years not to disturb a working genius.

In these days of "ITS NOT MY JOB," Marco is one person who deserves a pat on the back, but more importantly, your RESPECT and a raise.

I have the honor to live in Mirador with my husband. We love it, every time we have to go in the office we are always greeted with a very friendly welcome and smile. I love the events the office hosts for us. We get monthly picnics to interact with the staff and our neighbors, they do stuff like give out School supplies right on time for back to school and much other. The amenities are great too, I m a full time student so having a 24 hour gym really helps. The pool area always looks great and the picnic area is always cleaned up. Something apart for the apartment complex itself, is how close it is to everything. I literally have to travel 2 minutes down the road and I have pretty much everything I need. I have Walmart, clothes stores like Ross and Marshall s. We have home and beauty stores like Ashley s, Kirkland, bed bath and beyond, and Ulta. We even have a movie theater that close by, that we take advantage of.
Overall Mirador has been a great experience for my husband and I, we enjoy living here and plan to continue to live here.

I was in a pretty bad situation in San Antonio TX when I came to visit my friend in Dallas. We happen to be walking around downtown after brunch one day and walked past the Mosaic. I was immediately drawn to the Mosaic by the outside appearance and just so happen to walk inside. Little did I know that was the biggest decision of my life to walk into this property that day, I spoke with Matthew who is pretty much the most amazing human being on the planet who showed me around the property and showed me all of the amenities. I left Dallas and went back home to San Antonio TX, back to my very bad situation. The Mosaic didn't leave my mind for one second in the following YEAR. After I mentally woke up from my bad situation and said I no longer can put myself through this or live this way, I thought what can I do for my life to make my life better. I immediately called Matthew and said "Here is my budget, what do you have"?. I signed my lease that day and moved to Dallas within the following weeks. I never physically saw my apartment before moving 5 hours and moving from every single thing and person I knew my whole life. I packed up my life in San Antonio and made the hall to the Mosaic in downtown Dallas. As I opened my door at my apartment, seeing it for the first time was the most gratifying yet humbling experience in my life. I knew it was home. Not only has moving to Dallas been the best life decision I ever made, but the Mosaic is the foundation to this adventure. Matthew, thank you for indirectly showing me a new life. I absolutely love it here and am convinced the Mosaic changed my life.

I moved to the Olympus apartments in Albuquerque all the way from Memphis, TN without knowing anyone or having family out here. It has been a great experience to be introduced to such a welcoming community. The staff is very helpful and generously spend time explaining any questions. I have met many neighbors who have made my transition to this new city an easy one. I have also lucked out with finding a place where my puppy can meet other dogs here at the apartments and a close by dog park. Overall, this has been a great choice for me.

Awesome place to live. The old downtown Carrollton area is a treat to live in. Great new brewery across the street too.

Me and my husband been with Hawthorne apartments for a month now and loving it. We moved here because of a traumatic experience from our old apartment. When we re looking for an apartment we re praying that we ll find a place where we can move right away as we don t wanna stay for another night on our old apartment and Hawthorne apartments was an answered prayer for us. The process of application was smooth, Catalina help us through and we moved the same day. It s a gated quiet community. Everything is beautiful in this community. All the staff are nice and maintenance promplty fixed the issue that we had in our apartment. We re very happy and satisfied moving here. This place made us feel at home and safe. Looking forward on staying for more years on this beautiful community

We live at Cactus-42, an Olympus Property in Phoenix, AZ. We were in town for just one weekend to try and find a place to live. Everything happened on short notice, and we felt a little rushed and overwhelmed to get out of LA and move to Phoenix and start new jobs. We stopped by Cactus-42 real quick, even though it was not high on our list of options. Kristin guided us through a thorough and friendly tour, and piqued our interest in renting here. After viewing other options, Cactus-42 quickly became our #1 option and Kristin helped things come together smoothly with our application.

The good management and service didn't stop there--Hailey went above and beyond once it was time for us to actually move. She stayed late on move-in day after we were delayed from getting out of LA traffic, making sure that we had our keys once we arrived. She also did lots of little things to support us. For example, she printed a bunch of forms I needed for HR at work after our printer fried. We have routinely felt welcomed and we'll-served by the management at Cactus-42. This is a great place to live!

I moved from Texas to OKC and made my whole movie via phone and email. The staff was so helpful guiding me through the process and made my move very easy.

Tacara is a very nice and safe place to live. I am one of the first residents going to 4 years in 2018. There are many stores, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, pretty much everything is close by. It is a quiet place with a nice swimming pool and lots of amenities to enjoy with family and friends. The office staff always ready to listen and willing to help you. Tacara is definitely my home sweet home!

We live in Mirador property in Jacksonville and love it. The leasing office is full of friendly staff who are eager to please. Work orders are always done efficiently and the staff are always willing to take suggestions! The complex is very clean and the pool is awesome! Highly recommend.

I moved to my apartment sight unseen from the midwest two months ago. My experience from exploring the website of pictures and layouts to the application process all went very smoothly. Even the day I got here to sign the paperwork, the process was swift and effortless--and it was the day after Olympus took over. Yes, there were some minor hiccups as the new management grappled with taking over, but everyone I worked with was diligent in getting me settled in. The brand new microwave nor the dryer worked, but they were fixed right away. The maintenance team came and sprayed to get rid of the bugs the day after I called.

I live in a brand new unit and am happy with it. The corner unit allows me to wake up each morning and sneak a glimpse of a beautiful sunrise. At night we walk our dog around the block and enjoy the lovely landscape. I have friendly neighbors and my own garage right next to my apartment entrance. Coming home from a long day of work and long commute is a soothing feeling as I enter the gates.

My daughter and I love going to the pool to lounge. It's also a very relaxing area with comfortable lounge chairs and lush landscaping. We love the big torch that gets lit up at night.

Being new to Gilbert, I enjoy all the nearby conveniences and delicious eateries. I am very happy with Vistara and hope to stay for a long while.

My family & I moved from Beaumont, TX to this community (The Woodlands, TX) around the same weekend that Hurricane Harvey hit the Houston area. We have lived here approximately two years now and we love it! Even through out the difficult hardships many of us endured from this difficult time (Hurricane Harvey), management helped us tremendously and had a smooth transition. They always try and accommodate every resident and have various events through out the year that will entertain the entire family! Not to mention, their amenities are awesome! They have a 24 hour fitness gym, pet parks, games, and a pool!
We have never had any issues with any neighbors and everyone always respects each others parking spot. But in the event that there are any issues, management is there on the spot to help you fix the issue.
Maintenance always comes and completes any issues in a timely manner, which is crucial especially when you have little ones.
We love our home and would strongly encourage anyone to give Olympus Property an opportunity to help you find your new "home sweet home."

I moved from California to Texas recently, and just I inquired lot of communities and places in Keller, Southlake, and nearby. When I visit the Olympus waterford apartments, it was great welcome from office staff. The moment I saw the premises and property I really fell love with this apartment. Especially the way office treated us and very clean environment etc. The one thing I really like here is I saw some waste outside and I discussed with the property manager, is this going to be happen every day here ? and just walked few feet and looked back that wastage was not there. I surprised and asked manager she throw ed into dust bin, and I wondered how she took the immediate responsibility. I love love this apartment.

Management and maintenance are top notch. Very friendly and quick on the services.
Unfortunately, there have been numerous incidents that would turn away potential residents that are out of their control.

I have lived at Union Carrollton Square for about 5 months and I am glad I moved here. Wayne Thompson showed the apartment to me, kept in contact with me while I was looking at others and making a decision, answered all my questions and showed the apartment to me again. He is fantastic, one of the friendliest people you will meet and knowledgeable. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond. If you are concerned about safety, this is a secure apartment complex. The garage, building, elevators have key fob access which is nice, good to know people aren't just wandering around.

Moved to Olympus Midtown in September and can t say enough about how great Emily, Elise, Antwione & Alex are. We moved to Nashville and rented without touring the community and couldn t be happier here. I think my dogs love Emily and Elise more than me. Apartment is awesome, modern well kept and we have great access to local restaurants and downtown is just steps away. If you are looking for an awesome place look no further.

I have been living at Cactus 42, Phoenix apartments since 2014 November. First thing that makes me stay here for like 4 years is Office staff, they are all amazing and always do the needful. Maintenance people are awesome and i am recognized every i am seen by some one from staff and i really need to credit clean and green maintenance to all office staff. One big thing that happened in my life at these apartments id i got married in the club house and the whole apartment folks and staff were so friendly though we have too many guests reaming all around and i was all alone to manage activities for the event but i got helping hands from every person. So friendly neighbors that every one volunteered to help me.

Olympus on main is a new apartment complex built in 2019, with the new apartment comes a lot of great benefits. Rachael Phillips and all of the leasing agents plus property team are the best. Very flexible and great at making any move as convenient as possible. Price is worth all the great amenities, great location and a lot of restaurants near by.

Moving in to this place was a breeze. Accept for the leasing agent that I had gave me the incorrect address for my apt #. Don't understand why my apt complex has 2 of the same apt #'s as big as they are. Then after living in the apt for about 2 days, notice that neighbor downstairs from my apt, believes they live in a house and likes to bang their music loud on a daily basis. Office was advised and they state to call the security guard. After calling security guard after hours (since apt downstairs is always plays music once the office has closed for the day) for several days in a row with no assistance. Since the office at one point did not even have on the after hours voicemail. Stereo set of my own was purchased to drown out the disrespectful neighbors from downstairs. Finally had 1st maintenance issue a month ago. Maintenance came out the very next day to fix. I was so surprised and give maintenance 5 stars for that. About 2 months ago there was a beeping noise in my apt. (and no it is not the smoke alarms). Come to find out it is the alarm system that is attached to the wall by the front door. The alarm system is not activated so do not understand why there is a beeping noise. So I press button on alarm and alarm goes off. It took a good 15 minutes for me to turn off. Mind you since alarm was not activated by me, I have no clue as to how to turn off. So I'm just pressing buttons. Now, the beeping noise is back. Started on a Sunday night just out of the blue. Office was contacted about the problem on Monday in which I spoke to a Cindy, who stated she will have someone come out. Now, I am under the impression someone would have been out on that same day. But o no. This would be another night listening to this disturbing beeping noise. Called office the next day to obtain info on what day maintenance can probably come out to fix. Spoke with a Heather and she states maintenance order has been set up but she will have to call over to maintenance to check their schedule to see when they can come out and she will call me back. This was at 12:02pm. After a couple of hours I call back, (don't need office closing on me like it did the night before) spoke with Will who states order has been sent to maintenance, but could not confirm if request would be handled on today or even give a time frame. The only info that was given was that the request has been placed and it is on a Page #1. What is that suppose to mean. That did not answer my question. To me that possibly means, that I will have another night listening to a beeping noise. What I ought to do is activate the alarm and let it blast all night in which the other residents will be able to hear and will also get no sleep and leave my apt for the night and go stay with someone else until it is fix. Now if request is not fix on tomorrow, alarm will be on full blast and will request to see if I can withhold my rent until request has been completed. But I just can not wait until lease is up. I will be leaving. Every month there is an email coming out stating how somebody or someone's car is getting burglarized. As big as this apt complex is, and they got no security. The office sees the complaints and the only thing they can suggest is a night out to speak with an officer. That don't make no sense. Since you have an officer at the apts every month for the 1 hour meeting to ask him questions, you need to hire him on full time to make your residents feel safe. But of course, that light bulb has not come on for anybody in the management office. Then now this month we get a new property manager. That's funny. Got a couple more months to go. I would not refer anyone here. This is my opinion. Also I'm not writing this post for no Amazon card. This post is written so you can try and fix some issues that this apt complex has. Thanks.

Life at Olympus Fenwick Savannah for the past 5 years has been an heartwarming experience. I always look forward to seeing Sika Walker welcoming, bright, and energetic smile. She has always been willing to help me with any issues and keeping me up to date with community events. Ms. Walker has excellent customer service and event planning skills. This is the first time I have ever lived in an apartment. How proud I am to say now The Presidio is my home! I've lived here four years and plan to stay forever!

What impresses me most about the Presidio is that I feel safe here. Never once have I been worried or concerned about living here. The beautiful lawn, huge trees, community areas and all of the outdoor features are just beautiful. Everything is clean which makes it so pleasant living here. The quiet environment is truly wonderful.

The swimming pool and deck area are always immaculate. Sidewalks and stairs are always kept clean and clutter free. I have never found trash or any sort of debris around very long. Maintenance is very prompt at removing any sort of litter.

The office staff and maintenance are professional, polite, and very prompt in responding to any requests that I may have. They are truly efficient and always ready to help. I never have to wait long for repairs to be made. Jacob and Chris are knowledgeable and quick to respond to anything that I ask.

The Presidio has such nice social functions for the residents, which is a real plus. It has been a great way for me to meet my neighbors and become friends. Speaking of friends, I consider the office staff and maintenance to be my friends, not just employees of Olympus. I've had the staff go out of their way to help me in ways not associated with the apartment complex. Thus, I would do the same for them. In a way, we have become family, which makes living here such a pleasure.

My apartment is really neat and I love it. I have an end unit downstairs and really am happy with it. I have enjoyed all the neighbors I have had upstairs and downstairs. They are all great. I have recommended Presidio to several of my friends. One friend is due to move here in November. I know she will be very pleased.

All in all, Presidio has exceeded my expectations. I will continue to show my apartment to my friends and I will not hesitate to recommend Presidio to them - thanks to Olympus and the wonderful job they have done to make my home a better place to live. I truly enjoy living here.

Olympus and most specifically the Slate are my home away from home. Being in grad school has enough challenges as it is, but Karen and all the staff at the Slate take the burden of living away. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the staff works diligently to create a pristine environment. The property's lawn is well-maintained and picture perfect. My drive in everyday passing by the picturesque clubhouse then onto my cute little apartment brings me joy.

Thank you Olympus for offering me a safe, comfortable, and affordable residence. I have lived in many apartments and take my word for it that this has been my favorite one. Maintenance is quick to respond to any and all situations. The office staff is kind and goes out of their way to serve all the residents. Visiting the clubhouse is a luxury. Luxury to the Slate means 24/7 Starbucks machine, movie lounge with the world's biggest tv, and little treats left on the counter for your enjoyment.

Since moving in I have been to countless fun events hosted by the young ladies running the office. The most recent event hosted was a paint night put on completely free of charge for residents to create a holiday themed painting. Listen here the night included appetizers, drinks, the canvas, and the artist to instruct us!

I love this apartment complex. It s not loud and neighbors are nice. The dog park, gym, and swimming pool are a big plus. They are Very nice from the inside and out. Isabella has been great since the beginning. She is awesome! Patient and professional! The other staff members have been nice as well. They are timely in responding to emails and service request. Overall, this is the best apartment complex I have lived in! #MYOLYMPUSSTORY

Olympus Property in Anatole on Briarwood, Midland TX
When my husband was offered a job proposal with a company in Midland TX, the insecurity immediately grew because we did not know the city and we only had two weeks to move. We started calling various complexes without getting an answer, but when we contacted Anatole Anthony he very kindly helped us throughout the process to rent from a distance and took care of everything together with the team. And in no time we had the exact day and time to move. We love living at Anatole the entire management team is extraordinary, they are always aware of every detail, all the resident activities are great; maintenance is fast, great location the facilities are beautiful and always clean.

have lived in Olympus Carrington for about 4 years and I love it! The Manager and the staff are attentive and diligent. I love the recreational spaces and even more that they have been renewed (I would like it a lot more if there were no dog waste everywhere). My favorite place is the gym, it has all the equipment I need, it is spacious and modern. The property location is excellent and even more that we have a new Publix and there are many projects under construction. I recommend Olympus Carrington 100%. The only thing that I would say needs to improve is the valet trash service because there are residents who let their garbage to have many days and when the valet is going to remove it, the liquids are spread in the breezeways and they get dirty; also some neighbors leave accumulated garbage in the breezeways (more bags than allowed, boxes and other things). Also, that does not correspond to the property itself (since there are spaces for it) people with dogs do NOT collect the waste of their dogs and there is poop everywhere.

Okay, here we go... I just signed my 3rd lease at the Legends of Ridgeview Ranch In Plano Texas. It has been a wonderful experience! When I first moved in was another story. I was promised new carpet and my unit was not to have a fireplace. I know it sounds weird but I like new carpet and I have large TV so the fireplace is just really in the way. Anyway, after I moved in within the week Olympus took over the property. Unfortunately they can't fulfill the obligations of the previous owners so I get it. I lived at that unit for 2 years. After 2 years I was looking for another place to live as I was unhappy with the fact that I had a fireplace and really worn out carpet. Now just so that you understand about the fireplace, like I said I have a very large TV. I had to put it in the corner and arrange the furniture which a way that was not very user friendly. So be it. I had the opportunity to talk with the manager of the complex and she was very reassuring that they could get me into a another unit with all of my needs. Cool! I had signed another lease (my third). Upon moving day I got my keys and inspected my unit. WOW it looked great!! It had the new carpet and upgraded appliances with upgraded fixtures. Then I turned around and guess what saw? A fireplace!!! I was so deflated. I wanted to leave this place. After to talking with the manager came to a very mutual agreement. Actually, it has really made my apartment look more homey! I really like living here and have had other friends move in. I would like to share my story with anyone thinking of moving into a Olympus property, I am one that went from bad to great!! Keep up the good work!

I ve been an Olympus Property and the Ranch at Shadowlake resident for two plus years. The first day I stepped into the management office I was greeted with a smile by three employees that were definitely in the right positions to accomplish and exceed the expectations of the potential residents and their company. They were professional in making sure the potential residents including myself were treated with dignity, courtesy and respect.
Will is Mr. Professional and a complete gentleman. He went to another property on assignment but is back home with us at the Ranch now. He s Always polite and greets everyone with that beautiful smile.
Sophie is no longer with us but she was great also. Ayanna and Cindy came this year and they re a part of the family now and it s like they ve been here all the time.
I check in on them from time to time to make sure everyone is working and still smiling. LOL. They know I love them and they have the right positions and personalities to make everything flow smoothly.
I know the maintenance staff also and they re very timely completing service orders. The orders are normally completed in two days or less. I ve never had to request a service order twice. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The noise level for the property is low or nonexistent (quiet).
I m loving the new office feature of notifying the residents if we have a package in the office.
I love the Ranch at Shadowlake and all staff personnel. To sum it up, they re all professional, courteous and work oriented. Love You All.

I am a current resident at Olympus 7th Street Station. When I first leased, Kate was the Manager and she was incredible, so kind and genuine. That day I also met Sarah the Leasing consultant, she was very thoughtful and thorough with the process. Even though Kate had already showed me the apartment, we went back a month later and brought my mom so she could see as well. And Sarah helped us with no problem. When we got settled in, the first day of move in, I was informed that Kate was moved to a different property and that Aubrey the Assistant at the time was being promoted. Aubrey was no different than Kate! She was sweet and kind and very helpful and very involved. And then brought Cameron and Hannah, I m not sure what Olympus s requirements are to work there, but EVERYONE is just so nice and respectful and smiles always. The customer service here is high class. My home on West 7th feels like an actual home because of the community, staff, and upgrades in my apartment. This place gives the city a home feel with the trees on property. It s super close to all fun areas and grocery shopping is a breeze. Pricing is very appropriate and I would say more competitive than other communities around. The maintenance team is awesome here too. Every time I put a work order in, it s filled the next day. We had issues with our dish washer and they brought us a brand new one for our convenience! I d say my favorite amenity has to be the Valet Living trash service, the compactor is far and its nice being able to set our trash out and have our recycling taken as well. Thank you for making my time here great! I appreciate all you do!

Olympus Town Center is awesome. The office staff were amazing in helping me evaluate the various apartment units that were available at the time I was looking. Additionally, they made the lease review and signing process easy and straight-forward. After move-in, the great service continued. Their maintenance request process is easy to submit online, and the maintenance staff is highly competent and attentive. Lastly, the charges for the unit are clearly explained and understood, so no surprises.
