Okay, here we go... I just signed my 3rd lease at the Legends of Ridgeview Ranch In Plano Texas. It has been a wonderful experience! When I first moved in was another story. I was promised new carpet and my unit was not to have a fireplace. I know it sounds weird but I like new carpet and I have large TV so the fireplace is just really in the way. Anyway, after I moved in within the week Olympus took over the property. Unfortunately they can't fulfill the obligations of the previous owners so I get it. I lived at that unit for 2 years. After 2 years I was looking for another place to live as I was unhappy with the fact that I had a fireplace and really worn out carpet. Now just so that you understand about the fireplace, like I said I have a very large TV. I had to put it in the corner and arrange the furniture which a way that was not very user friendly. So be it. I had the opportunity to talk with the manager of the complex and she was very reassuring that they could get me into a another unit with all of my needs. Cool! I had signed another lease (my third). Upon moving day I got my keys and inspected my unit. WOW it looked great!! It had the new carpet and upgraded appliances with upgraded fixtures. Then I turned around and guess what saw? A fireplace!!! I was so deflated. I wanted to leave this place. After to talking with the manager came to a very mutual agreement. Actually, it has really made my apartment look more homey! I really like living here and have had other friends move in. I would like to share my story with anyone thinking of moving into a Olympus property, I am one that went from bad to great!! Keep up the good work!
