I have lived at the promenade jersey village apart...

I have lived at the promenade jersey village apartments for 2 almost 3 years and the manager now ivonka dakor is so helpful and understanding. When I was going through my treatment for breast cancer last year I wasn't able to work full time and so I needed assistance to help pay my rent and she was very empathetic to my situation and helped me with some places that could give me assistance for rent as well as other needs. She always makes time to talk to me about any situation I may have going on in my unit to make sure it gets corrected in a timely manner. She has went above and beyond to keep me as a resident here and work through my tough situations I have had with rent during my illness. She demonstrates what management should be in all aspects of that field at any location or situation. Thank you ivonka I truly appreciate you for all you do and did for me and my family.
