My experience at Olympus was spectacular! The first time I walked in to the office, I met Jessica. Jessica had a big smile on her face and although it was freezing outside, she was eager to show me their apartments. A few minutes later, I met Destin. The club house was under construction and she couldn t wait to show me through great detail, what it was going to look like once it was completed. Her enthusiasm was contagious and the club house is GORGEOUS!

The day I moved in, I got to throw a dart at a balloon and won a Keurig. I never win anything so I immediately felt like I was in the right place. Once I settled in, I began to notice that things were constantly changing. Good Earth was hired to do the landscaping. The pool was completely redone and they threw several parties for the residents to get to know one another. Speaking of residents, I made some good friends! Friends I stay in touch with today.

What surprised me the most was how quiet the place was and how SAFE I felt at all times. The maintenance crew is amazing. The few times I needed maintenance, they were there the same day and my issue was resolved the immediately.

I ve been a property manager for Class A Office Buildings for 35 years. I know good management when I see it. I would recommend Olympus to anyone looking for a safe, upscale, friendly living experience at a great price.
