I moved to my apartment sight unseen from the midwest two months ago. My experience from exploring the website of pictures and layouts to the application process all went very smoothly. Even the day I got here to sign the paperwork, the process was swift and effortless--and it was the day after Olympus took over. Yes, there were some minor hiccups as the new management grappled with taking over, but everyone I worked with was diligent in getting me settled in. The brand new microwave nor the dryer worked, but they were fixed right away. The maintenance team came and sprayed to get rid of the bugs the day after I called.

I live in a brand new unit and am happy with it. The corner unit allows me to wake up each morning and sneak a glimpse of a beautiful sunrise. At night we walk our dog around the block and enjoy the lovely landscape. I have friendly neighbors and my own garage right next to my apartment entrance. Coming home from a long day of work and long commute is a soothing feeling as I enter the gates.

My daughter and I love going to the pool to lounge. It's also a very relaxing area with comfortable lounge chairs and lush landscaping. We love the big torch that gets lit up at night.

Being new to Gilbert, I enjoy all the nearby conveniences and delicious eateries. I am very happy with Vistara and hope to stay for a long while.
