I ve been an Olympus Property and the Ranch at Shadowlake resident for two plus years. The first day I stepped into the management office I was greeted with a smile by three employees that were definitely in the right positions to accomplish and exceed the expectations of the potential residents and their company. They were professional in making sure the potential residents including myself were treated with dignity, courtesy and respect.
Will is Mr. Professional and a complete gentleman. He went to another property on assignment but is back home with us at the Ranch now. He s Always polite and greets everyone with that beautiful smile.
Sophie is no longer with us but she was great also. Ayanna and Cindy came this year and they re a part of the family now and it s like they ve been here all the time.
I check in on them from time to time to make sure everyone is working and still smiling. LOL. They know I love them and they have the right positions and personalities to make everything flow smoothly.
I know the maintenance staff also and they re very timely completing service orders. The orders are normally completed in two days or less. I ve never had to request a service order twice. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The noise level for the property is low or nonexistent (quiet).
I m loving the new office feature of notifying the residents if we have a package in the office.
I love the Ranch at Shadowlake and all staff personnel. To sum it up, they re all professional, courteous and work oriented. Love You All.
