I have been a resident of Olympus Northpoint in Albuquerque, NM since April of 2019. I moved from Houston, Texas and after looking at a lot of other apartment complexes, decided Olympus was the best fit for me. The leasing office was very responsive and scheduling a tour was a breeze. Once I toured the complex, I was pleasantly surprised by how well kept the grounds were and by the multitude of amenities that I did not find anywhere else in Albuquerque. The common areas include pool/jacuzzi, dog run, putting/chipping green, grills, firepits, a gym and a space in the front office that can be rented for events. I have enjoyed all the amenities but my favorite has to be relaxing by the pool during a warm summer day.

Furthermore, the apartment itself has very modern and up-to-date designs and finishings making it a beautiful space to live in and enjoy. In addition, the location is great because it is in a safe, gated area close to retail shops and right off of the freeway. Not to mention, a coveted spot perfect for the Balloon Fiesta. On the morning of the mass ascension, I woke up, put on a pot of coffee, made breakfast for my boyfriend and I, and we enjoyed watching the balloons go up from the comfort of our private balcony. Talk about luxury! This is especially true if you ve ever had to fight the balloon fiesta traffic which can take as long as 1 hour to sit in traffic and get to the main gate!

As you can see, this is truly a wonderful community that makes everyone feel welcome and included, and I m happy to call Olympus Northpoint my home.
