My family & I moved from Beaumont, TX to this community (The Woodlands, TX) around the same weekend that Hurricane Harvey hit the Houston area. We have lived here approximately two years now and we love it! Even through out the difficult hardships many of us endured from this difficult time (Hurricane Harvey), management helped us tremendously and had a smooth transition. They always try and accommodate every resident and have various events through out the year that will entertain the entire family! Not to mention, their amenities are awesome! They have a 24 hour fitness gym, pet parks, games, and a pool!
We have never had any issues with any neighbors and everyone always respects each others parking spot. But in the event that there are any issues, management is there on the spot to help you fix the issue.
Maintenance always comes and completes any issues in a timely manner, which is crucial especially when you have little ones.
We love our home and would strongly encourage anyone to give Olympus Property an opportunity to help you find your new "home sweet home."
