We have lived at the Legends At White Oak in Ooltewah TN for 3 years now. From the beginning, everyone here has been professional and genuinly polite! The paper work process went really smoothly. Maintenance is always prompt and very polite! The ladies that work the front office are sweet and were very helpful when I had a billing issue and helped to resolve matters quickly. The apartments are gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful. The salt water pool is very lovely. The gym is well equiped. We have had 2 parties in the clubhouse and the staff was very accomodating. The location is great, especially for us as we are minutes from work. You have an Aldi, Walmart, Walgreens, Food City within walking distance. And then there is Cambridge Square across the street where you can have a meal ranging from casual to fancy. I have felt quite safe walking my dog at night here too. You are an 8 minute drive to a wonderful park-Imagination Station-where kids can play or you can walk or ride bikes all the way up to the SDA campus. On Sundays there is a farmers market there too. Ive visited other apartments in Chattanooga and the Legends is by far the nicest place.
