My Olympus Story Albuquerque, New Mexico

This is the first time I have ever lived in an apartment. How proud I am to say now The Presidio is my home! I've lived here four years and plan to stay forever!

What impresses me most about the Presidio is that I feel safe here. Never once have I been worried or concerned about living here. The beautiful lawn, huge trees, community areas and all of the outdoor features are just beautiful. Everything is clean which makes it so pleasant living here. The quiet environment is truly wonderful.

The swimming pool and deck area are always immaculate. Sidewalks and stairs are always kept clean and clutter free. I have never found trash or any sort of debris around very long. Maintenance is very prompt at removing any sort of litter.

The office staff and maintenance are professional, polite, and very prompt in responding to any requests that I may have. They are truly efficient and always ready to help. I never have to wait long for repairs to be made. Jacob and Chris are knowledgeable and quick to respond to anything that I ask.

The Presidio has such nice social functions for the residents, which is a real plus. It has been a great way for me to meet my neighbors and become friends. Speaking of friends, I consider the office staff and maintenance to be my friends, not just employees of Olympus. I've had the staff go out of their way to help me in ways not associated with the apartment complex. Thus, I would do the same for them. In a way, we have become family, which makes living here such a pleasure.

My apartment is really neat and I love it. I have an end unit downstairs and really am happy with it. I have enjoyed all the neighbors I have had upstairs and downstairs. They are all great. I have recommended Presidio to several of my friends. One friend is due to move here in November. I know she will be very pleased.

All in all, Presidio has exceeded my expectations. I will continue to show my apartment to my friends and I will not hesitate to recommend Presidio to them - thanks to Olympus and the wonderful job they have done to make my home a better place to live. I truly enjoy living here.
