The Mosaic Dallas, under Olympus Property Management, is the worst apartment I've ever experienced. The apartment unit itself is OK (other than blinds being damaged, dishwasher falling out of the wall, toilet leaking, skin faucet being broken, etc). The overall facilities are OK (other than the main lobby elevators being broken for 2+ months). But the absolute worst part of this apartment complex are the people who work there. They have absolutely no customer service/service recovery - even when they lose your package! There are "never any managers on site". They have no power to make any decisions, and they also don't seem to ever track anything (i.e. packages, noise complaints, emails (how?!?!), etc). Save your money and move literally anywhere else. P.S. The move in experience was even worse!
