I live in 6000 W Rayford Spring TX property.

I m living in this Apartment since 2 years and I never had any issues with the property management or maintenance. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is super responsive. The new management is now Olympus property and I don t see any difference everything is same as before and good response from the team.

I like Gym very much it was a high rise at least 20 ft sealing and it is amazing. They have separate one for Yoga. Leasing office is very big with lot of open space we can surf internet 24/7 and have access at any time. Separate room for meetings with closed super wooden door and it is not reserved we can use at any time.

All major shops are just 3 miles from this location.

And lastly I would say here we have 2 swimming pools I dint saw in any apartment in the Woodlands area. And Elementary school is just beside the apartment 1000 ft.

Manager Cyndi and Daniel are excellent staff very patience.
